I have now switched to a JR126mg full size servo for the dig. This noob messed up his 225, then next bought a wrong replacement servo, then fried the BEC. oh brother

I also picked up a used v11 45t from CKRC, and after fawking with the stripped set screw on the pinion gear and changing out the brushes (thanks Ken), I have a badass $15 motor.

Over the weekend I put on the KK links. We smoothed them out, put them on backwards, and I think it really helps with break-overs. Thanks to Mudboger07 once again for helping me trim them up to fit under 12.5 wheelbase and for also making the full size servo mount for my dig, and the electronics plates.

From listening to Jeepcj578 and Mudboger07, I put my rig on a diet. My front wheels weigh 12.25oz and my rears are at 9.5 for now. The rig still climbed everything and it performed better actually.

I know what you mean. Finally it's to a point where I can do some driving instead of overhauling! Just where it is right now, I can already do some pretty impressive things that I couldn't do before.

and the fun begins...

its nice once you get it to that happy point where you dont have to worry about to much. took mine out last weekend after getting new shoes and socks for it ( wheels and rubber ) and it did everything i wanted it to.

keep it up.

I went to Paradise park in Jacksonville, Arkansas for a gtg on saturday. Thanks to Shane (shane 744) for letting me try out the HB Rovers!
I was shocked by how good the all black wheels looked on my rig

that I wouldn't know. Are you trying to rebuild some axial shocks? If you are going to put new caps, try some traxxas big bores.

I;m interested in purchasing either this or the LS2.0 chassis and the straight link plates but have been unable to get a reply from Yotachump via PM or email. This forum also says I don't have the "privilege" to perform searches in the vendors section. Can anyone point me in the right direction of contact him for me? Much appreciated. Aloha

I messaged him outside of the forum about it. He's probably just very busy.

To begin, the Losi shocks were too tall for this chassis. You can see earlier in the build where it was really high at first. That was a little too high for what I was used to, so I put limiters inside my shocks to bring the overall ride height down.

your explanation of "good" belly height could be a tall height or a low height. I'm not sure what you are talking about there.

I do know that my setup now is fawkin killer. 10wt oil in the shocks, stock losi white springs, 13oz up front and 9 out back. I couldn't be happier... or could I
