10wt seems a bit light? Personally I like 30wt to 60wt, but I prefer slow predictable shock movement. I actually run 100wt in the rear left to counter the torque twist effect. It's all a matter of preference though, no doubt you have a nice rig put together helhedded

It may react fast, but I like it. before the 10wt, I used 50wt, then I went to 35wt. It was still too stiff for me, so I tried the 10wt. The truck reacted how I wanted it to after that. As with most drivers, I do all of my testing outdoors. Temperatures here lately have been very cold. I now shock oil tends to stiffen up in the cold, so I may switch to a thicker weight when the heat comes back around. For now though, everything is smooth sailing.

your explanation of "good" belly height could be a tall height or a low he I'm not sure what you are talking about there.ight.

I do know that my setup now is fawkin killer. 10wt oil in the shocks, stock losi white springs, 13oz up front and 9 out back. I couldn't be happier... or could I
After 15 plus years of racing Rc.........you can always get HAPPIER!

It's just another way of putting the links on. I have since then changed it up a bit, but it can help and it can hurt. It helps by giving more clearance so the tires can grab and go when you are in a breakover. It seems to hurt more on the front than in the back. It's all about testing and tuning

These rig's are sure easy too build....
compared too to the ones im used too building....

Onroad and offroad 1/10th and 1/8th scale stuff......Takes me longer too prep an onroad chasis than it does too build the whole truck!

buy some panthers and some aftermarket wheels and then try to say the word easy while you are mounting them up

or burns up his dig servo, or strips his outputs on his tranny, or when he decides that he wants that 403oz servo, then after that he breaks his plastic knuckles and c's, lol.... the joys of this hobby

Guess they will bend though!

I just meant compared too onroad....
after a 5 min qualifier....you may have too rebuild the Frontend, which requires it to be rebuilt and put on a setup station too check all the settings...cutt down your tires....check ride height....Check Shock's....

charge pack, sauce tires........and on and on and on.......And don't cluck no pipe.........
no telling what you might have too fix too get the car too go FAST Again!...LOL!!
when you are going 50mph and hit a wall........eek!

I understand.........In onroad, you will be lucky if you get 15min for repairs.......

after you run a race, you then have too Turmarshal the next one, then you might have 20mins before you are up again...

I just think Crawling is a little Slower Paced!......

Butt i am a NEWBIE!..LOL!!
