Few changes to the rig.. Well, only one for now. Haven't put the other 4 things on yet

Recently put a dlux sway bar on. Pretty happy with it. When I first put it on, I was a it skeptical. Ran two packs through it on my test course and it seemed to be ok.. But at the comp this past weekend, I saw the difference it made, and I am in love with it now.

The thing I was lacking was some silver springs for the rear, so in a recent package from DravTech, Tobias was cool enough to include two silver mrc springs for me. Thanks again

The comp went really well. The sway bar seemed like it gave me more control.. The rig felt "put together"? Kinda a weird way to say it but it's the best way I can describe it.

Three courses, only one gate and two reverses.. Could have avoided the gate now that I look back, but still very pleased. It's the closest I have gotten to a perfect day. Needless to say, I am happy with this rig

Life has been crazy busy!! Currently working out of town, so I don't have much time to mess with the rigs or post up much. I'll catch up this thread now..

Have had two comps since I last posted. Had to miss one due to being sick, the other, I got 2nd in. Don't know why, but I just wasn't feeling sporty that day. The rig still performed great, the driver not so much. At the certain location, the sway bar wasn't beneficial. It did help in certain situations but hurt in others. What I am finding is that the sway bar is very location and rock type dependent. It just doesn't work everywhere.

Here were the scores:

Like my pro thread, let's get this thing caught up..

So the latest comp we had, I pulled off a -120 (perfect day) in pro.. Which was awesome! Have never done it before.. However, I was also able to pull a -120 (perfect day) in sporty as well!

I am very very happy with this rig. The whole entire line of Sudu chassis is just amazing. I am very lucky to drive for Mr. Tobias

I did take the sway bar off before that last comp.. I liked it, but it had is flaws. I should say I had flaws in my sway bar setup. With my very limited time to do much of anything rc anymore, I just didn't have the time to tune it properly. I defitely want to give it another shot when I have time thou.

Here was a video from the comp. Its a combo video of sporty, super, and pro. Thanks ChrisB

And here were the scores:

And pics from the comp will be up soon.

Here some pics of the current setup. I changed to some dlux loaded dice wheels.. more on that later. But I also changed to super narrow voodoo in the rear. Very happy with that change. Helped match the front width of the tires very well.

Fabbed up some ghetto rear weights using old vp dh slugs.. two ounces nice and low, and they fit in the wheels perfectly.

Skid is still holding up great!

Sexy Sudu!

Fabbed up some new rear lowers using some old t1e links.

AZ Shootout... Better late than never?

This years Shootout was a blast. Probably the best one yet! KJ and his crew always do an excellent job hosting that event. Thanks to everyone who makes that event possible.

And thanks to everyone in my NM crew that went out. It was a blast.

This rig did very well. I made some stupid mistakes.. Killed my scores, but still had a blast. I finished in 10th place this year. Could have done better.. Could have done worse. Had a blast with my buddies

The Sudu one Fl worked as it should!
The Holmes motor gave me the punch where it was needed!
The OTTSIX Voodoos and voodovers worked awesome as always!
The Dlux knuckles and loaded dice worked perfect!

Thanks you to all my sponsors for your product support. You are all awesome parts of this hobby

No pictures this year. My dad, the NMRCC photographer, runs sporty as well. To keep his focus, the camera goes down. Respectable

Have some big plans for this rig this off season. Basically staying the same.. But some nice performance changes. For now, it's just get some practice in before worlds. Can't wait for September
