The shocks are too short, the Swaybar doesn't cut it. The upper front links are too short...

From the pics, it looks like you have the VP rear Yeti links oriented wrong. The bend in the links should point straight up, not pointing to each side (laying down).

You'll also need some Traxxas Jato rod ends (part#5525). They are longer and required with the VP rear Yeti links and the Dlux rear truss. I had the Dlux rear truss on my Yeti, along with the VP Yeti rear links and had to use the longer Jato rod ends.
You may have to use the Jato rod ends on the front Wraith links, since you're using the Dlux U4 truss on the front. I PM'd Erik Dlux when I was installing the rear U4 truss on my Yeti. He did tell me that longer rear links or longer rod ends (Traxxas Jato) would be needed. The rear links connect to the Dlux U4 truss more center on the axle. Using the stock truss or VP truss, the links connect to the truss more towards the front of the axle.

Hope that helps ya....

^^It helped me, I think. I was sitting around the other day thinking that my rear Currie seems a little too clocked? Since the rear truss isn't at a 90 degree angle, and when I get eye level with my work bench, and look at the rear I can see the link mounts sticking out below the rear axle, at first I thought I installed them (rear link mounts) upside down, but that's the way the instructions say they go.

Thanks 2-Shot!

Eric helped me out via PM on the rear links as well. I have one Jato and one Revo end on each rear upper link. Much better now. May end up with 2 Jato... Will have to see.

The front links are Axial aluminum, and use 3mm rod ends. Rc4wd makes longer ends... But I think I will just sell these and get some 4mm.

hey jay I also used the losi shocks on mine. in the spare parts bag are some longer blue shock ends. I used those and the total length matched up with the stock shocks. that might help you out a bit. looking good so far.

Default Jayn Bomber Build

Built my esc mount tonight. I do not have an interior, so I have no idea if this will fit under it. Pix of labels of materials used at the end of this post.

DMG Wraith tranny plate, SSD high ratio tranny. 2 Shot had a great idea, and I just kind of modified it.

I had some Kydex V thermoforming plastic that I had picked up to make some body panels out of. I decided it would work well for this. Bent to 90 degrees in seconds with a heat gun... I had a shelf.

I mounted it using the the unused cage mount hole in the skid, and a 30mm post from Axial Mounted to one of the screws used to mount the DMG plate. Pics should tell the rest of the story. I didn't measure anything... But I can take some and post a template if someone wants.

Bought on Amazon.

It is together! Front upper links are still too short. I have some VP on the way. Steering links too.

Need to mount an RX box, and go for a rip! (which will probably be short, when I bust a rear axle at the pin. The 17mm adapters are +10mm)

I'll be brutally honest as i usually am and say that Red is my least favorite color but with the BD panels, your specific choices on Red parts and sticker placement that thing looks bad arse. Excellent work and look forward to a vid of it in action with the XL motor.
