Back to the grease topic for a minute-I discovered all that grease doesn't do much good unless you plug up the little holes on top of the axles, where the 4 link bracked mounts. After running around in sandy mud around here my rear axle was clean inside (4link mount installed) and my front was full of sand!

Been there done that. Except I was running on beach sand. It took forever to clean up.

i also have a q about overdrive and under drive, do i put over drive in the front axle with stronger gears in the back, do i put overdrive in front and under drive in rear, or upgraded gears in front, and underdrive in rear.
so wich way is better and why, im going to be running a 30-35t motor or a 10t puller on 3s.

ok so just to make sure if i go with the 1ot puller on 3s, what will most likely go first? I will have mip shafts.
just want to order the stuff that will go first, also does this(link below) replace the stock slipper cluch? and is it good to put this in or just put other upgrade stuff for the slipper?
http://www.rpphobby.com/product_p/rrp1542.htm
if this is not good what stuff sould be upgraded for the slipper?

ill use a clod body, hh 10t puller on 3s, boggers in back, irocks upfront.
hopefully cut the hood and put hinges to hide the electronics and battery.

i want to make this thing as close to indistructible as possible.

Being a fellow Minnesotan, go to rccarkings.net. They have a store near my house in Eden Prairie. I go there often and know they stock Clod bodies and parts. Check it out and give them a call. I'm sure they can help.

robinson racing parts # 1541 and 1542 will sufficiently beef up the tranny. The third gear is already metal so you wont need it.

Yes, as a matter of fact don't buy from Tower...

Their prices are usually not very good and they do not support RCC.

dont worrt about four linking the front, just use what comes with the handbros kit. I just did it today and it is slick.

this is what i used on the rear DmG's/Truss/Link Mount cause i like my link ends vertical not horizontal
