You're makin my brain hurt Mudbutt, lower links won't change for 3 or 4 link! You willhave to change the upper links to get the pinion angle you want and that will vary based on the 4link truss you choose. Trial and error

Hate to jump in on the conversation but i would just go with some 1/4'' brake line tube and 8-32 all thread with jato rod ends. Its cheap quick and fairly easy to do mine havent bent yet and i run the crap out of my rig.

well im still trying to find a speed controler and motor i want to use, im still not sure wether to get the 10t puller combo, a vxl setup, or something else. It mostly is going to be a trail/mud truck, but im hoping to go to montana next year so hopefully whatever i chose will be good for there to. I will be running whatever battery it can handle, so i gess im looking for something with good wheelspeed, for climbs and mud racing, and still have some torq for crawling. I dont really care about drag break, my current setup doesnt have it and i do fine onthe rocks and trails.

that's foolish, it's not a short course. Based on what you've thus far presented for motor esc combos you honestly are not the best calculator of speed they will produce. It is a scale truck not a formula 1 racer. insane speed is not something you want in that honcho. my .02 and if you were considering the 10t puller than you are miscalculating speed again TORQUE VS SPEED ??

so how fast will the 10t puller be on 3s, i know it will have alot of torque. im jsut looknig for something that when i really want the wheelspeed in the mud i can jsut pull the triger all the way.(the 1/1 trucks go fast through mud)

Remember "scale", I never seen a Toyota going 200mph through mud, but that's the beauty of this hobby is that you don't really need to give two shits about anyone's advice and if having a Top fuel honcho floats your boat than give er hell, BUT with that being said when you find that it is too fast and hard to control when crawling rocks I will have to look at 12 more threads on how to make my honcho go slower. We have plenty of honchos in the club to compare to as far as wheel speed.. You could always go with a Holmes BRXL and a 30 or 35 turn motor and play with voltage 2s,3s ,4s ,5s and OMG 6s along with gearing you would have many options here 10t puller on 3s I dont know, but i do know that is a torque motor and not so much a speed demon...10t "PULLER"
