Are the trans outputs pin through to match the driveshafts? I like the new color scheme. Unfortunately, my unused green RTR body will be a lot harder to get anything out of now.

Well this answer a few questions but pretty underwhelming in my eyes. I think it would be cool if axial made a narrower version of the wraith axles and then upgraded the kits with them.

Why, I'd think the fact that it will be more rare now would increase it's value, I like the green better than silver personally.

I like it,nice work Axial!
I like the new look and the upgrades, nice job
keeping it fresh.

Its amazing that there is so much complaining going on with
Axials new releases. If you don't like the non beadlock wheels
then put some beadlocks on it. If you don't like the RTR then
buy the Dingo kit. If you don't like what Axial is doing then go buy
another brand, see how much luck you have with them.

I doubt they'll be rare, every kid and his grandmother has a RTR Honcho...

I could see going away from the beadlocks to try to lower cost, but I think it actually got more expensive!

Do the WB8 plastic drive shafts resist twisting any better than the old ones?

At least the new ones won't pop off the yokes.

I want to know if the 4links could be put on the OG SCX10. I'd actually like to get a set since they look better than the regular tube ones

D'shafts look good, but someone said they were plastic?

The silver looks better than the olive drab too

They are a little better. The original shafts are fine as long as you use the driveshaft rings with setscrews AX30501: Axial Racing - Press : Axial Driveshaft Ring w/setscrew

Yes, the four link peices work on any of the Axial crawler axles, except the Wraith axles. I like the silver paint too.

Time will tell. At least with the new inputs and outputs, the Maxx shafts are a borderline direct bolt on! I will be ordering one of these trucks as soon as Tower has them in stock!

No beadlocks? what kind of crap is that. trying to sell more tires and rims are we? Greedy greedy, axial, i feel let down.. i hope your not jumping the shark here..

I bet the market research didn't like people using/swapping different tires for their different rigs.. Glue em up, that'll stop the fun. There comes a time in every manufacturers history where they build the brand, become respected, then start looking at ways to save money. Now that we have a client base lets make some cash. Well, learn from North American Car builders. It doesn't work.

Oh.. and have discontinued the model with beadlocks? it's begining.......
