Having issues with it rolling back and it's to fast to crawl got it as a Christmas gift. What should I do to fox this.

I'm assuming this is the 3800kv 4pole motor?Remove it. And put in a 35t brushed motor.That's a go fast SCT race/bash setup.

get the field card to be able to tune the ecs , turn the drag brake on to about 40 to 60 percent , gear down if you 32p I use 10/56 if you 48p 12/87 . Now these changes will not make it a crawler but it will help , these systems work well for hill climbs ,trail runs , or mud bogs . but that's about it . it will hurt you where it gets technical or a rock gardens . but once you get use to your truck you can make do

I used that same esc with a Holmes 45t brushed motor and I loved that combo! So if you are in fact using the cc brushless motor, or any brushless motor with that esc, you'll want to get a brushed motor. For brushless you have to use a sensored setup in a crawler or it will suck for slow speed control.

Thanks for all the help guys I decided to run the full sct kit and tune it. For what I use it for its been working great
