Grreat news, looks like I need to send RPP some more money, now to hawkeye the "In Stock" status so I can nab one. Nice work DC, I want to be able to say "That's Chevy Power!" when I conquer obstacles w/ my Wraith, you have made that possible.

John painted one up, and will mount it to the Wraith chassis we have. We'll post up a few pics in this thread and the sales thread ASAP.

I will talk to Corey @ RPP about picking up a Wraith for R&D and marketing pics........

How is the front grill going to hold up to bouncing off rocks without being attached to the body? Havent had much luck gluing lexan to itself. Whats the trick to make it stick?

Perhaps it will come w/ some scale Duct tape or scale self tapping screws

I don't care if it is held on with chewed up Big League Chew, I need this body.

Chevy Power Baby!!
The cowl induction hood bodies are not ready yet. I first focused on getting the bodies out, then adding the Jimmy grill is next, and then the cowl induction hood.

I would recommend shoe goo and patching it on with another piece of lexan from the back, sandwich the shoe goo in between the body, and the scrap piece of lexan.

I will probably just get one of these bodys for now, and one of the cowl hood ones when they come out. I like my aluminum side panels but the lexan will look better and be much lighter.

Use e6000 from Walmart it's flexible and holds better than shoe goo in my opinion.. If you squeeze some around the inside of the grill insert then stick it to the body and stand the body up so the grill is facing up the e6000 will level out and bond to both insert and grill..

Yes I will do that first thing in the morning.. Do you need across the doors since that's the widest part or would front, middle and back help you out more.. If I can get my wifey to go out in my shop I'll post it up tonight.. But since I'm at work she's scared to go outback by herself.. Lol we live in the woods and coyotes have been pretty bad behind the house I'll do my best to get it in a few

7.47" just under the door at the widest spot. This measurement is referenced inside the body.
