Default Taller tires

Anyone knows what tire is available that's taller than the tipical 5.5" tall, 2.2" tires? i'm tired of dragging the axles over every little obstacle, i like to know if there's a tire available in 6" or 6.5" in diameter

Maybe somebody makes a portal axle for the Wraith in the near future

Lol! Maybe try switching to 5" tires for a while so u can learn to appreciate 5.5". The stock tires are huge.

Swampers may be huge on a scx10 but on a Wraith they look normal. Hopefully somebody comes out with a tire of 6" or more

Sounds like you just need more practice. Larger tires will help to a point but at the end of the day it's just like 1:1, you pick the wrong line and your stuck.

also if you want a bigger tire you could go to a 3.2" wheel and modify the hex to fit the 12mm on the wraith. i think smaller tires are more fun. i use the 4.5" proline hammers that came stock on my ax10, just added lots of weight. i go everywhere and do everything that the 5.5 guys do.

Nice, but that looks like a custom ($$) setup, hopefully one of the tire manufacturers will realize that we need a taller tire

Alright so we just gave you every choice available from stock size to custom and your still not satisfied? The chances of getting a production 6+ inch tire is fairly small, if your going to be picky then try 40 series or like what has been said already, 3.8

X2 on this, if your needing such a giant tire, then you should really learn to slow it up a bit and practice because there will be a point when the tire is just too big and your not actually crawling anymore.

I already have a savage Flux, i can try those tires to see how they fit but need to find adapters first

i see most people on here doing fine with what they have.
a day at the park - YouTube
zoo run - YouTube
in both of those videos the little blue ford is mine. it is running one 1.9 rock creepers. those are under 4 inch tires. and you only see me get stuck on the pumpkin twice. and both times i easily corrected. by changing up my line. as people on here are saying you just need to practice.
