That is awesome, cant wait to see the pics and possibly a video from nostopinLucR. Have fun with your son and the gang. Your son is becoming quite the driver by the way, he makes it up some crazy lines that the other drivers struggle with. LOL....

The verdict is in....this machine is back to my favourite crawler now! The lines it crawled today absolutely blew my mind. Yes, I will admit the Sedona 2.2 tires are not a scale tire, but this Wraith is built to crawl, it's not a scaler. I lowered the front end at the last minute before leaving by using a modified Gearhead droop kit. The CoG is very low on this rig and rollovers were very far and few between today; it's performance today was the best I have ever seen this Wraith do.....plus it looks "SICK" on the rocks.

Unfortunately, Luc wasn't out today so there isn't any video. My Son (7 years old) wasn't out today either...it sure pisses me off when he can crawl a line that I can't, but yes, he is getting very good at crawling.

Those pics are just too cool. My hats off to you guys for trailing/ crawling in damp and wet conditions. I for one refuse to crawl in those conditions just for the fact that I cant get any traction. My rig definitely does not like mud/ water combined when rock crawling. It just spins and slips too much for my liking, even with gentle throttle my rig just says " ya, im not climbing up this rock today " lol....Glad you like your new set up.

Looking better and better. I like how clean you keep your stuff, I keep my Rzr spotless but have a hard time keeping my yeti as clean as you keep your RC's. If you have a min I would like to know how you get it back that clean after a good run.

This is my favorite tread/wraith build by far. Great work Bill.

Call me anal, OCD, or whatever.....it's just the way I like to keep my things. When I was into full size crawling, my machine was always spotless shortly after playing. I use specific detailing brushes, aerosol silicone lube and lots of elbow grease. Once in a while I will disassemble a complete assembly to get the hidden dirt and debris out. I have never had an issue on the trail that was caused from lack of maintenance!

Thanxs for the kind words.....this Wraith is definitely my favourite rig out of my collection.

Man I look forward to your updates your rig just keeps getting better and better. Im so stoked for Monday when my spawn gets delivered to work. I'm still not sure what im going to do with the body for the stump back. Yours looks great with both the aluminum hood and panels and the stock body I was also thinking if I could cut the spawn body to fit it.

Awesome! Nice to see a show/ crawler type rig being used continuously instead of it being a shelf queen. I have followed every transformation this rig went through, very nice build man. Cant wait to see more videos of this beast in action.

Which proline shocks are you using as they just look shorted than the Slash rears?

They are the Proline Powerstroke Slash rear shocks on all four corners.

Awesome run today with my Wraith. My machine is 99.8% dialed in and the performance is simply mind-blowing. The crawls it accomplished today blew my mind as well as fellow crawlers out on the rocks today.
The only thing I want now is a stronger servo, perhaps a HH or a 7950. The 7955TG just isn't cutting it anymore! And I need a new front bumper, the bent stinger drives me crazy!!!!!

I have to pat myself on the back, if you guys want the perfect Wraith based crawler, replicate mine!!!! I hope to have some video in the next few days.

Looks superb man, I don't know if you know this or not but BGR now makes that same bumper with the front mounts incorporated and diagonal braces welded to the top hoop for additional support. No more bending! That's if you want to keep that aluminum look, if not I would get a steel DMG to match the SK, or Werty mades new front stinger bumper with diagonal braces also made in steel.

Thanxs for the info Revoasian. I am aware of BGR's newly designed front bumpers as well as DMG's version. I have been waiting for DMG's as they were supposed to be done by now (I'm on the wait list). Hopefully soon! My weight distribution is absolutely perfect right now, so a little bit of extra on the front with a steel DMG bumper would not deter from my performance.
