I'm also pretty sure Axial DO NOT print their name on a part so when its installed correctly their name is upside down, hence when you look at the pics in both post #1 & #6 & the Axial is the right way up its a dead giveaway the C-hub is on correctly.

The bearings are seated all the way. I triple checked. The way the machining is done on the knuckles has them fit it at that angle. I am at work and can't post pics.

They're Yeah Racing parts.

So Im new to crawling and have no idea if yeah racing is any good or not, Im taking it that they are not ? I will verify when I get home about the bearings being fully seated. I looked up axials alum knuckles and they seem a little over priced ? Get what you pay for maybe?

Yeah racing is in the same china boat as Integy. Hot Racing seems to be a bit better, some parts are quality, some are not.

Front axles and knuckles/Cs are you get what you pay for. Axial universals and Vanquish parts have been going strong for 2 years on my wraith.

Its possible that the knuckles only work correctly with the Yeah Racing c hubs. You could spend $15 on the c hubs to find out or put that money towards a pair of good knuckles like Vanquish, SSD, or STRC.

Of course, there is the very real possibility they are just incredibly shitty knuckles that will never work right.

That maybe, but Yeah Racing is shit for quality, replace that crap with Axial or Vanquish parts and they will be stronger and last longer too. Cheap crap aluminum parts are made from cheap crappy grade aluminum and poorly machined to kinda the proper specs.

EDIT: I can't believe fawking RC Driver did a review of YeahRacing aluminum junk for Wraith and said how great thier crap was...lol. Sad, truly sad.

Well I ordered a set of vanquish knuckles. I will compare the 2 when they arrive to check the geometry.

That was a paid advertisement poorly disguised as a review. Most mags are nothing more than product showcases and flashy marketing. I'm not saying I don't buy magazines but you definitely have to take everything you read from those "experts" with a grain of salt. I'd sooner trust anyone of your guys personal opinion over a magazine review. Thank God for forums...make that good forums.

There will be no comparison...that is the VP parts quality is so much better they will stand above the other.

Yep, I like to read them in the reading room and when I'm not feeling like staring at computer screen, but you're correct. I also love the feel and smell of real printed matter too.

Looks like they use a different angle for the king pin. I'm guessing if those knuckles were on YR C hubs they'd fit just fine.

I've ran axial, strc, HR and VP knuckles and C hubs mixed together and never had this issue.

I've had Axial STRC and VP. Out of the three I have owned VP had the best fit and finish.

Inner and outer cancel each other to make close to 0 camber. Axle passes straight through.
