Good lookin rig boss. I have to be honest, i thought that the XR10 Moonbuggy was U.G.L.Y. before i saw it with your skins. That made all the difference Like your Futaba skins also |

| When did you order the chasis and do you know when it will be coming in? I just ordered the xr10 chassis last Wednesday, and my order still says "pending shipment". I was hoping to get it before Xmas, but that's not looking like the case anymore.

Neal does great work. He will have no problem coming up with some great sKinz for your new Hellstrom Cab Quote:
I'll have to agree on the looks. The Moonbuggy never has been the best LOOKING bodiless out there but it certainly performs fantastic. I guess performance before looks has been the motto. But with the new line of chassis I really think the Rockshow Cab LOOKS great as well But yeah a killer set of sKinz makes all the difference Bent

Well I'm actually a dealer for T1E so I have already received a shipment of chassis and almost sold out already......I only have one chassis left And keep in mind that these are made to order so there might be a few days (3-5) until they are ready to be shipped. I know Mike are working as hard as he can to fill the orders that are coming in Bent

Don't have any videos of the new setup yet....sorry The FXR's and receiver are mounted to the skid using regular servo tape, while battery is held in place by velcro. The Hyperions fits like a glow in the chassis. Very pleased with these batteries. Used to run TP 850mAh but now I only run these batteries Bent

With just 5 weeks to go before the season opener it's about time to get this rebuild going. Have been collecting parts for the last couple of months now. Still missing a few but at least the rebuild can start ever so slowly New season, new chassis; T1E Rockshow Forward Bias This chassis is designed to let you adjust the forward bias by moving the lower chassis independently of the upper cab without changing shock placement and length In "standard" configuration it gives you a slight forward bias. The chassis: Chassis weight with standard hardware + cone washers & balls for the Traxxas rod ends installed: Chassis weight after swapping to titanium bolts: All bolts on the chassis and axles, along with the upper + lower + steering links will be swapped for titanium Bent |

I'm swapping out the old trusted 35T Holmes Hobbies motors for some true gems from Eddie at Team Br00d; Limited Edition 35T Double Wind Matched set (Front + Rear). Hand-wound, epoxy balanced and slotted armature I'm also abandoning my Hot Racing gears in the front axel and Axial standard gears in the rear for some Axial Machined Lightweight gears and Titanium shafts. Axial standard gears: Axial Machined Lightweight with titanium shaft: Bent Last edited by BentKa; 03-24-2011 at 02:53 AM. Reason: Spelling...... |

Looking good! You are going to love this set up. Nearly identical to mine. T1E's stuff just flat out works.

I have seen your build thread as well.....looks good This will actually be my third Rockshow. I started with a Moonbuggy and Bully's, changed over to the XR10 axels and now I'm rebuilding for the new chassis. Couldn't be happier I'm also in the process of building a MRC Moonbuggy and AX10 Sportsman Moonbuggy. Just waiting for the last few parts to get going. Should be an awesome season Bent
