They seem to be working nicely. No, not the new comp truck.....the driver needs a lot of practice with this thing first.

How does it launch compared to the Berg? Not like "in the air" launch... but like dragster traction launch?

A can't get my XR to put down the traction like the berg.

Thanks for the pics Gary!

Harvo, this little truck moves. I was flying through a course we set up last weekend and at one point it pulled a few feet long wheeling (front wheels were high up in the air). I cant wait until I actually get some good motors in this thing....

I ran this truck over my berg in our competition this past weekend and I was totally impressed. I was as comfortable with it as I was with my berg....but with MUCH less practice time. I took second with this truck.....one climb knocked me out of first....I chose the wrong line. I drove that climb later and had no troubles.

Anyway, here's one pic I got that morning:

Unfortunately, I think these are the only set that Wheel Works ever made in that style...

That's a shame, probably would be a good seller.

A cool little piece from T1E:

And a shot from a practice session:

I also picked up some Nordic Crawler weights and got them installed:

These are a nice, cheaper alternative to a lot of the weights out there.....and Tomy ships FAST!! 4 days from Finland to Texas.

Looking good Jeremy. I had forgotten you were going to swap over to the 4.0 chassis. It's a "goot" one.

Have you noticed much of a change with the forward mounted knuckle weights?

Yeah, I am digging this chassis. I just installed the weights late last night. I need to reinstall my servo today and should have some time to take it for a test run after work.
