|  Broken rear axle gears

Welcome to the world of broken XR gears! It's always the first part to go out. Do yourself a favor and pick up a set of RC4WD gears  I have yet to see a set of those go bad...

Out just do the 2 screw mod an be done with it.. But if ya want a set of Rc4wd gears pm me

2 screw mod won't help now, missing chucks out of both gears. Will be done before new gears are put in. Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk 2 |

It happens to everyone. I got about 30packs in before I broke the rear spool. Replaced it with the axial hardened spool (front and rear) and kept the stock gears, did the 2screw mod and no issues for the last 4 months. |

Make that sucker bullet proof and go with the two screw mod AND the RC4WD gears. A little extra safety can't hurt.

so I was searching for the 2 screw mod and it brought me to this thread lol. does anyone have a link to the actual mod with pics. I have seen it before but wanted to look it over again. hoping someone can link me as I can't seem to find it. thanks  |
