Maybe it looks like everything is going on smoothly. No it is not! :-D
Im reporting only success stories here and did not mention that I trashed a receiver (probably shorted it out during my initial testing of lights setup), I made some of the cables too short and have to redo them and finally yesterday when I wanted to rebuild my tranny I stripped two screws :-D Have to buy screw extractors and learn some new skills.

Holy cow!

Holy shit! More stripped screws! Should think twice how and where Im using glue...

Robinson looks still pretty good. This is first time taken out for inspection. Tranny is in better shape than expecded. Only one bearing about to fail - rubber shield out.

The rounded screws are the reason i changed all screws to 12.8 grad hardend steel torx

im curious how the bushings will work in the tranny
on my rebuild i had 2 rusted bearings (stock) in the tranny and lots of dirt, as you can see in my thread i put 2 extra bearings in my tranny hoping to hold the dirt outside..

Yes, Im thinking same, will change some screws in future. Bushings should be OK there, some dirt will always get into the lower (output) part of transmission. Upper part (where spur gear is connected) is OK, it was clean inside. Transmission is relatively non problematic and it will last approx double time between regular services compared to front and rear diffs...
