| Re: Food/Cooking here you go 1 crust of your choice (I use the store brand) 1 jar of Basil Pesto 1 small white onion 1 small green bellpeper 1 small red bellpepper 1 small orange bellpepper if you are feeling fruity 3 large garlic cloves (or however many you like) 1 bag of shredded mozzerella 1 package of feta cheese 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts and I seasoned them with: seasoning salt garlic powder lemon pepper Season chicken breasts, and cook them in a skillet (or grill for best flavor) until they are nearly done. Don't dry the chicken! Chop into nice bite size pieces. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Slice your peppers, onion and garlic. The larger your garlic pieces are the more punch your pie will have, duh. Goop your pesto on your crust. Next, place some chicken and a little layer of mozz. Next place your veggies and the rest of the chicken. Strategically place the feta into little nooks and crannies. Ok I just added that last part in for fun. I usually put my garlic on last. Cover with both cheeses. Cook for about 15-20 but keep an eye on it, as always. Eat. Last edited by helhedded; 07-31-2012 at 06:27 PM. |

New experiment tonight - Stuffed Zucchini My parents are more than happy to share from their garden, so what better way to eat a giant zucchini than to stuff it with ground beef, variety of peppers, onion, spices, and of course bacon! When it's 3/4 cooked, I'll add some mozzarella cheese. The zucchinis are so big had to get a reference with the mini |

Ok I'll play... Pork tenderloin with onions, yellow potatoes, celery and baby carrots. Pot roasted on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice. I have to refrain from picking at it throughout the day. |

| Re: Food/Cooking No thats the problem... grew up in a single mother household, and my ex couldnt cook. eventually you just decide fastfood/mac and cheese/take out just isnt good, and you figure that shit out real quick. Its kinda like building stuff, only I get to eat it. |
