True, but look at the culture the media focuses on. Nobody celebrates those that achieved equality by working hard, being accountable, earning what they have, and inspiring others around them to do the same. Instead we get clips of angry people who have it pounded in their heads that their battle is always without and not within. The people in the former group who should be looked up to only get mentioned in little blips and blurbs on public tv and radio and other places that don't reach those that really need to see it.

I'm not even going to pretend that I have a sliver of a clue as to what it is like being black. But IMO that really doesn't matter when you see people turn and wreck their own cities again and again and again every time they think they have a justifiable reason. There is something seriously broken there, and in that way WT is right. Those particular people only know how to bring others down.

MLK turns in his grave every time one of those fawkers makes a buck with his name.
