so during what was most likely my LAST trip to toys R us (not as empty as the vacancy in my heart, but not enough to come back for) i finally caved as this was on sale 50% and it was the last one on the shelf.

got about 1 hour in last night. its a little complicated for Andrew, but i got the hang of it and hauling logs in the mud at night was... oddly satisfying? it really is very similar to piloting an RC if you use the outside cam and swing around to check clearance and look at the front tires for where to grab.
haven't downloaded the free expansions yet but i'm sure i will.
overall, its worth the $20 and only 2gb of hdd space. (i think you can get it for the same price if you are an xbox live gold member)

Dang it... I just bought an open package RTR Bomber off Ebay.... If I would have know about this coupon i could have bought an unopened one for about the same price....

I hope saving a few bucks more pays off in the end...

What a great gift, that's what I got too.

Well, I got the combo with the 2200kv 1/8 scale motor for $160. Considering the motor goes for about $150 on its own, I though it was a pretty good deal.

Aren't we the lucky ones! Mine should pair nicely with the 3300kV HH BL Pro I just got, so my Bomber can start life in sensored style.

Maybe the wrong place as it is sort of free, but this is the gateway for my upcoming gigabit upgrade, pretty flashy design for a modem.

Some more 80/20 for the simrig. The new wheel is stronger, so I get a tad of flex out of the single channel 10 series, this should solve it, and allow for an adjustable shifter/handbrake mount also.

Gotta love 80/20. Most of my test labs are built from the stuff!

Just received these and quality appears top-shelf. Can't find any flaws in the wheels and the tires feel soft/ supple. Foams are a tad firm so I may replace with PL or CI but for $57 shipped, I think it's a good deal!

This is pure happiness in a box, I believe. I now have everything I need to put the Bomber together.

Well...pretty much...

My entire usvta legal build! That’s spanned over about 3 weeks all together. All I need is a transponder and to mount the reflex racing belt tensioner/battery spacer.

For those of you that don’t know, it’s a mostly stock team associated tc6 with a gear diff in the rear. 51/100 (64p) gearing. Esc is a hobbywing xr10 justock with a hobbywing gen3 25.5t motor. It’s also got a Maclan fan with an orca mount. Steering is done with a savox 2263 servo with an exotek servo horn.

It’s also got protoform vta wheels and tires and an hpi Camaro body

Can anyone guess which trans am race car I’m basing it off of?

Are you on Console or PC? I've got it for PC in case you ever wanted to join up.

I usually ignore the lumber stuff and just drive around.

Umm...huh? I honestly have no idea half of what you posted or what that tasty looking body will be based on, but it looks fast!

I had to search to find it, But I feel like I've cheated so I wont say what I think it is. I just did a bit of reading up on the driver and he's quite the interesting fellow.
