ya, I'd love to go to the Red Rocks crawl spot, but I can't unless the insurance policy holder is there (is it just 666 or who is listed?)
That's why I posted that, he asked why a place would be secret, it turns out it was secret because nobody wanted to get in trouble for using a place without proper permission, just like the Red Rocks crawl spot.

Sure there are plenty of places to crawl around the area, but they are either a City Park, or private property. So if a couple guys want to go crawl somewhere without it being a comp, it starts to become a big ordeal.

Well I was hoping to possibly have the Finals at Daniels Park, but Jeff talked to those in charge to make sure we couldn't be there and they said no.
So with that being said, we will have the Finals up in Cole Creek Canyon.
Start time will be the same 9:00, no cost, but donations for the party are still welcome. Direction can be found here. I will get up there sometime this weekend and take some pictures of it. If there is too much snow, or there's a storm between now and the 10th, I will update as soon as possible.

It was a joke dude, get over it.

I really do appreciate the work you and ty (and anyone else) has done with that location. Back to topic...

So funny, I am laughing out loud. Maybe you should get over and quit posting derogatory remarks towards the whole situation? Why is you feel the need to keep pushing buttons?

I think for the most of us, it too far for just a GTG. A comp, yea you'll see most of us come down, for anything else not to likely.

So after the Polar Bear run today I drove up to Coal Creek Canyon and it looks good up there. There is some snow, but there are still may areas and lines that we can do with out getting into deep snow or snow at all.
Looking at the 10 day forcast on weather.com it looks like there is a chance of snow showers on Wed Jan 6th so I see what happens between now and then and make a decion if we get snow. If we don't get any or much though, it's Coal Creek.
Here are a couple pictures that I took today while up there.

I also messed up the pictures to this thread. If you want to see any of the pictures or results from any of the comps the link to my Photobucket album is in the first post.
