I am wondering if you guys are having to flip the motor wires around since one front one back to get them going same way. or just go + to + or - to - on each of the motors and it reverses it for you.

Have to check if I went red to negative or kept it color correct on the rear motor.

Hey Robin, did you get all the parts you needed? Ordered one Oct 27, wondered if it shipped yet?

I had to flip them on one motor. I don't recall which one. I wired up my motors with bullet connectors so they were easy to flip around.

Explain glitching more.....

If your motors are not equal speed, it sounds like a motor timing issue perhaps...

Ver 2+, say Dig Switch 2+ on it. Neither version had "glitching" issues. You may check your transmitter rate to 11ms instead of 5.5ms.

Pedro, give me a call if you want at 435x881x9831.

What was i doing wrong :

There are 3 conectors in the Dig, i was conecting all of them, one in 3 channel, one in Throtle and the other in ESC.... big messsss

Just need to connect the 3 channel one, if you dont want Drag Brake...

If you dont mind i will leave here the link to the YouTube movie that explain all.

Pedro, are you sure you dont have the 2 male plugs reversed?

Have you tried it without the dig hooked up to make sure its not something else in the system?

All fixed now, like i said in the post before.

Since i dont need the drag from the Dig Switch just need to connect the wire to the 3 channel in the receiver.

Thanks

Best Regards

Pedro

I run clod with four wheel sterring on a three channel radio and was wondering how I could incorporate a dig switch into the system without going to four channel radio. If this possible please let me know.

WOW!!! i'm lovin this little dig untit, i admit at first i had a problem, and started to panic
until i read these two threads below, (i have the DX3R and my EPA's were set very low) changed them both to 60 and works like a charm
it's worth the money
thanks Punk RC

You also should set all the 3rd channel settings back to 0 (trim, expo and travel). I think I ended up with my travel at about 60.

I got mine and its working great in my bully.

One question: Can I run it on a 7,2V BEC or only as recommended with 6,5V ?

I would like to use it on 7,2, because of the power-advantage for my hitec servo, but I didnīt want to ruin my dig switch.

Thanks, Pete

I'm not sure if the dig switch can handle the extra voltage or not (I'll let Robin answer that) but if it can't you could always run the BEC power direct to the steering servo at 7.2 and let the ESC's onboard BEC power the reciever and dig switch.

Thanks, but I am running a 3S Lipo with a castle BEC. So I need to decide wich voltage for the whole system....

No, you can run your steering servo at 7.2 off the Castle BEC, and your reviever and dig switch at whatever voltage your ESC's onboard BEC runs at (probably 5v)

Look at the first diagram here:
CC BEC Questions

The steering servo gets it power directly from the CC BEC and it's signal from the RX, and the ESC's BEC supplies power to the RX, which would then supply power to the dig switch.

It would be simpler to run the whole thing at 7.2 though if the switch can take it.

I am doing some research for an MOA rig, this seems to be the dig to get.

How much of an issue is Clod-Stall with this dig/setup? The rig I have in mind is a MOA Losi. To start with I'll be using the Rooster Crawler currently installed in my Axial.

Thanks.
