It’s very punchy in reverse. Also noticing a lot of torque twist from the truck out of the box.

I just got an order of the hard plastic parts, stock wheels and inner fenders and I got one surprise (sort of) my box also transforms into something else... another box for a B6.1 lol

These guys are the box wizards lol

I also grabbed some black shock caps and their bronze shock bodies (because I just love bronze) and some of their softer springs with white and green markings. Im not sure what color the stock springs are though, can anyone tell me what the RTR's have in them?

Surprised to hear this. In 2019 there are more solutions then just portals to eliminate TT.

Thank you sir
so it looks like they do have 2 other springs that are softer, the white and green, and theres 2 stiffer springs as well the yellow and blue. And stock (gray) is right in the middle.

Soze for the wheel hop I experienced that too with my CODYBOY ascender that has unis. I backed off the wheel nuts about a quarter turn after full tight. Solved.

Now for a shinchu sendero update:
PRE ORDERED! from El Cajon hobbies!
I was actually at hobbytown in santee and they said oh sorry we sold our last one an hour ago. Would you like to get on our next order for next week?
I said tell me full price with tax and any discoumts you can throw at it including military, and when will it be here?
While they figured that out I called el cajon hobbies and they said bro we got you. $340 out the door!
I said thanks be right there!!!
Hobbytown said the best they could do was $375.

Showed up to ECH and paid in full for Tuesday expexted delivery, AND he gave me 2 whole sheets of shreddy decals! Says he and the shop are good friends of wilkey and the crew, so they are also distributors. Might buy myself a hat when I go back. Gotta represent the EC locals!!!

So yeah, picking mine up Tuesday night! Hopefully starting a build thread Wednesday!
Gotta fix andrews transfer case in his ascender in the meantime so we can go wheelin on the 4 day weekend!!!

STOKED/CHUFFED/ETC!!!!

Truck is here...some test driving tomorrow.
The Dodge grill is just great, its a cute truck all shiny and new. Lots if extra parts, gears and such, big battery tray, radio is nice for a rtr.

Edit: knight grill is not plug and play - will have to make some headlight lenses.

3s backward wheelies!! OMFG
It might need a HW esc, and surely some lower gears. Not sure about that, they only list taller gearing. Seems it was designed for 2s, it’s quite fast on 3s. Too fast.

They have 78, 84 & 87 tooth spur gears available but I dont know what stock is, doesn't seem to be in the manual. Can you tell what it comes with Chris?

Got to see a few of these in person, nice truck for the money for sure. Those bumpers (as i think everyone knows) aren’t doing it any favors but otherwise I was impressed.

I received mine Tuesday. I've done one short trail run near my house, and today I will be taking it to my spot. Pics coming soon... How do I post them?

Go to Imgur and upload the photo there, then copy the link, click on the Insert Image button here in the message toolbar, add .jpg to the end of the web address that you pasted, and done.
