UPDATE: "Team Flow" Motors

Thanks JRH for the awesome new motors! These puppies are sweet (specs below). The FB12 magnets and big comms provide drag brake and torque (only XX springs) I've not experienced in the past. I love the extra wheel speed of 30T and runtime per pack is essentially the same as with 35T of a similar build with FB9 magnets. I've opted out of any weight reduction efforts on my first two sets so as to experience them at full power. Given my rig is 5lb I want to keep plenty of torque on tap. Love the cool Halloween colors with my tackyass yellow shell. Keep an eye out on Holmes Hobbies website for upcoming availability.

Wind: 30t
Timing and/ or Vehicle: 6 deg adv berg
Armature: 5mm web 10mm comm SKEWED
Can: Two magnet FB12 (black)
Endbell: Laydown
Brush installation: Bolted
Bearing Upgrade: Ceramic ABEC 7
Balancing type: Epoxy
Wire fill: Highest fill

Default Houston we no longer have a problem.

Yessss! SDS Super300 CVD's are finally back (at TCS). I should be good to go for a little while. Love the fine machine work and slightly lightend (3g long side) design. Older long and short sides flank the new ones for comparison. I forgot how little slop a new CVD had until I compared it to my ones with a year or so of driving on them. Really nice work. Looking forward to more goodies at BOTW. Thanks John.

A toasted bun would complete this IMHO.

Looks good and now I'm hungry.

Joel,
It was really great meeting you and hanging out at BOTW this past weekend. Many laughs and fun times! Running the courses with the 4 of us was one of the best times I've had in a long time, just wish I could have finished our last course so I could have place alittle higher, none the less very fun times!
