| RC4WD issue
I inquired about this through email and got no response from RC4WD. Maybe someone here can help. Friday 4/19/13, I purchased the following through the RC4WD site: $28.99 - Z-S0407 Mini 12mm Wheel Widener (4) $29.99 - Z-W0113 Rock Ripper 2.2 Beadlock Plastic Wheels $12.00 - Shipping All items were listed as in-stock on the site at the time of my purchase. Monday 4/22/13 at 11pm EST I received an email from Candie stating that the wheels were discontinued and not in-stock and could not be fulfilled. I received a refund of $29.99. I was curious and so went back to their site and placed in a cart just the wheels wideners and the shipping charge on them is $8.00 alone. On Tuesday 4/23/13 at 11am EST I sent the email asking what was going on. I still have no response. So my question is, Where is my $4.00? Was it just absorbed because of a computer error? I do not actually care about the amount of money, I care about business ethics and at the very least some customer support in the form of a response to my email. Neither of which I have received as of today. |

It was probably just an oversite, give customer service a bit of time, they get backed up at times. If you dont hear anything by the end of the week, Post back up and i will look into it.

| I got 2 winches that were junk to stripped screws and missing screws. This seems to be happening a lot with rc4wd products. They told me to send them in but I can't even be bother I'm done with their products.

| Re: RC4WD issue Yes the screws on mine are also striped. I live in Australia so its not worth sending back for me for sure but the thing is the winches still cost money and in my eye a waste of money at that.
