I have a Vanquish SCX10.2 chassis at the ready to build w/ar44's portal or not, choice of trannys, & IERC shock towers for it. Probably a Deadbolt body, of which I have about 6 uncut unpainted bodies waiting for a chassis. I also have 4-5 set of wheels needing venting - I get lazy to drill them and I alway drill/vent my wheels. I have generally bought rtr's and modified/rebuilt them for instant gratification, and not getting backed up on a build. ...But I just finished a couple of Vanquish's. Right now I am enjoying an Arrma go fast desert truck 1/7 scale, taking a break from disciplined go slow crawling. |

An unfinished Capra kit since their release. An unfinished JLU kit that's going on a year. An unopened Ecto with a pile of parts for it. A new C2X on its way and a pile of parts waiting on it. |

Bought just about everything I could find from RC4WD and RPP, and since then most of them have been discontinued and nearly all are out of stock - the D44 axles used to have many aluminum upgrades to build them fancier either SCX10 width (C2X-sized) or Wraith width. I think there were also aluminum axle tubes that are now gone in addition to full D44 Differential Housings out of aluminum(pricey!), I passed on them because I still wanted some performance and those particular aluminum parts would get hung up on rocks much worse than plastic - I got some discontinued plain silver diff covers and called it a day. Regarding the Element Ecto - I had a Gatekeeper kit, an IFS kit, and a clear Ecto body ready to build up and then in a moment of weakness picked up a stunning military green RTR Ecto... My crawlin' buddy is probably buying the NIB stuff from me, and I have a bunch of Ecto upgrades ready to install on my RTR. What fun! | |

I’m feeling like a pimp! Everything complete except bodies that need painted for my Gmade Buffalo and my Gmade Sawback 4LS. Got my Holmes Crawlmaster V2 and Revolver 1800 kv V3 back from Holmes after one of the 2 items was defective (was the esc which was replaced and even soldered up) and are now in my Gmade BOM and drives SCHWEEEET!

Too many… 1. Suburban build in final stages of bodywork, still need to figure out a chassis and everything else non-bodywork related. 2. Gspeed V3 CF rails I haven’t even taken out the package yet 3. VS4-10 chassis with AR60s, thinking about selling it though. 4. GK kit awaiting electronics and about to steal tires/wheels from it. 5. Another enduro rig, but with IFS awaiting new rear axle, trans, and custom built body. 6. CEN F450. Pretty much wrapped up just waiting on it’s new front bumper and axle gears. And my only rig actually running is my TRX4 |

Short answer: More than I can think of off the top of my head. Long answer: I've got a few boat projects going on...I'm guessing, 2-3 that need "reworking"; a hull that has the battery tray, motor mount, servo mount, & ESC mount in place, but no electronics actually installed; another hull that is nothing but a bare hull (on the 'plus' size, I do already have all the hardware & electronics. Then, on the 'land' side of things, have a couple of Traxxas (Slash 4x4 & Rustler 4x4) chassis that I'm undecided what to do with, plus an unfinished Rustler 4x4-to-ebuggy project, two 4Tec 3.0 projects in different stages (one halfway complete, the other barely started) of completion, and another Rustler 4x4 project that is "so close" to completion. Moving away from Traxxas vehicles, but still avoiding the crawler section, I've got four new race vehicles (2WD buggy, 4WD buggy, 4WD SCT) that were meant to replace the "old" vehicles before the summer race season started...but, because of work getting super-busy, I still haven't completed them (all 3 need bodies painted, one needs electricians soldered (they're already installed), another needs electronics installed, and the third I hadn't yet decided on *what* electronics to go with). Plus, I've been wanting to convert my 'old' TLR 22 5.0 buggy into a no-prep drag car (already have the Exotek Vader conversion kit), but haven't had the time to even start it. And, finally, in regards to crawlers, there's the 90% complete VS4-10 Phoenix, the 75% complete Tamiya CC-02 Unimog w/Tamiya Track Units, the approx 15% complete SCX24, the 95% complete Element Enduro Gatekeeper, the just-started Cross RC HC4, a 25% complete custom U4 rig, and my new C3 rig (which is approx 25% complete). Hope I didn't forget any...but, with the way my brain has been working (or "not working", as the case may be), one never knows. Hopefully, once I move to Vegas, I'll *finally* have the time to get back to these projects (especially since I'll no longer have a wife 'keeping' from them). ~ More peace, love, laughter, & kindness would make the world a MUCH better place |

It's good to see most of us in the same boat with unfinished projects to whatever degree. I've got existing trucks that need stuff still done. The trx4 needs new esc and motor. Bomber and yeti that needs a few other parts on it. Light projects that I want to put on different trucks. The honcho is new project, buy old truck that I've had waiting to be worked on. But I do have a few parts in a bin waiting to go on. A scx10.3 gladiator waiting for parts to be put on. Tires that need new wheels for whatever I want to put them on. A hobby room waiting to be built hopefully over the winter. My biggest problem theses days is time. No time for anything working as much as I do.

ALL OF THEM! I kid I kid, I have like 4 actual projects that are what I would call unfinished but one of them at least runs and moves I just need to figure out body mounting and such. Projects in order of how much work they need. 1. Feiyue that I stretched to fit HPI mini trophy body and cage, wanted a small truck to replace my old mini trophy but wanted it to be IFS\Solid rear and this seemed like a cheap way of getting there, I lost motivation after test fitting body and it not coming together quite how I wanted. I think I'll get back on it though and just get it together though that nagging thought of getting rid of it keeps creeping in. 2. Stampede 4x4 turned dirt track car, this one is still shelved purely because of money. I bought a running stampede 4x4 and swapped everything over to a new slash chassis for a build I had in my head then realized that I had about 75% of another truck left over in spare parts so I threw them together and ended up with Stampede 4x4 chassis, shocks & body mounts\ Telluride A-arms\ Brushed stampede diffs. I then have this 1940 ford body that I tried selling for about 10 years off and on with no luck so I figure the minute I cut it up someone would want it lol. I'm thinking of getting some white steelie looking wheels with the wide rear dirt track tires all around and hacking fenders out to look like an old worn and used dirt track car. Problem is when you start adding up 4 new wheels, 4 new tires, new motor and ESC etc it starts sounding like more money than I need to be spending at the moment. 3. Mega project of a 1\7-1\8th ford superduty. I have 2 of the newbright F350 extra cab short bed bodies and want to cut one down to reg cab while making the other a crew cab, then use the 2 shortbeds to make one longbed. I started a long aluminum frame but might restart with steel since I have a welder then be able to swap bodies from regular cab rollback and crew cab longbed dually using same frame and wheelbase. Have E-max motor, esc and trans setup along with aftermarket aluminum AR60's, Made a set of dually wheels and tires out of 6 axial exo front wheels (skinnier than normal SC tires). This one I almost dread working on, everytime I start getting parts together for it something comes up and I sell most of it off for the cash. I think I have started this build like 3 times in past 15 years and it doesn't help that I'm not good with body work with either 1:1 or scale stuff so I keep chickening out on cutting up these 2 hardbodies.... dunno if this one is going to just get sold as project for someone. 4. Hilux hardbody build, so this is another one where I keep collecting parts then selling them off as need for $ arises (see a trend here?).I had scx frame leaf sprung with yota axles under it but got rid of them, was going to try for super scale realism but decided if I did that it would basically just be static model. So this iteration of the build idea involved getting a thunder tiger hilux\CR-12 when they were on sale and then simply extending the frame to fit the hilux hardbody, then add in the Gmade 1.9 steelie look alike wheels and topcad semi truck tires for an old school looking truck that would be alittle more than shelf queen but certainly not some great offroader. Problem here is simply that I got attached to the donor truck and after putting the soft tires from feiyue on it I can't bear to cut it in half lol. Maybe someday but for now its my only running crawler so when I'm not running my slash 4x4 it would be my go to for playing around around the house. Now if you'll excuse me after typing all that out I have some day drinking to get started lol. |

Basecamp under a Umg body, haven't decided on the bed yet, otherwise it drives with stock electronics.... I am most excited about My Bronco named Vertigo, as it is a rebuild and has a brand-new chassis Wraith axles and high-end electronics, Its full 1/8th scale and a hardcore scale rig. Not a compo rig, but it should hang pretty close due to the size.
