My last was a Capra RTR, so none this week
Changed esc + motor in a TRX-4 last week (HW + HH).
Changed from 27Turn to 21turn HH in another TRX-4 2 weeks ago.
Getting lazy? ;)

Only got 2 "Unfinished" projects ones more complete than the other. They have both been sitting for 5+ years as I had taken a break. But a few buddies have expressed interest so I'm back at it.

#1 - Original Trail Finder 2 bought back in 2012. Assembled the chassis and electronics and got it running sans body. Got a buddy to paint and weather the body for me and then it basically just sat on a shelf waiting for all the little parts like headlights to be added to the body. it's about 90% done now just a few things like mirrors and door handles. How it currently sits:

#2 - Custom Metal Cage OG SCX10. Bought the chassis from a member on here and around the same time I ended up taking a break. Currently its a roller and am working on how to mount the electronics etc. About 50% done and I started a build thread on it to keep track of my progress: Here

I only have 2 projects on the bench right now, building an SCX10 from extra parts and a TRX4 Defender getting a lighter body and new electronics but I'm also rebuilding the workbenches, adding shelves and pegboard over each bench with lights and 4 shelves in the closet.

All of my builds are incomplete. I currently have 14 rc cars and trucks, and I have modifications and adjustments I want to do to all of them. 9 are running, 5 are not. I need to buy electronics for many of the non running ones esc/motor/rx, and many need miscalenious parts as well. The running driving rigs are usually just about details, adding them mostly...

Currently I have 11 projects going...probably why I can't seem to get anything done. Another 12 in progress but stashed away in boxes. Some with partial bodies, some with chassis and some as rollers but not drivable. I need to stop looking at all the cool stuff that keeps coming out these days...

I don't have a single truck that I wouldn't upgrade if I saw something better for it. In that sense, they are all incomplete.

Same here. I'm always tweaking something before each run.

Im always tweakin with somethin. Atm im waitin on axle shafts for one of my vs410s. I just ordered new vp 1.9s, hubs, front bumper, sliders, n scale lockout hubs for my recent build, a vs4 with trx4 axles. Still have to decide how to mount the body n get it painted yet.

As for my bashers...

Me BL erevo needs a front diff. One of the p4des needs new driveshafts, cant remember if its fronts or rears. The other one needs to be finished up n test run.

Also have a buddys tmaxx i need to do a breakin on since the weather is warmin up.

None but all of them as don't know about you but I'm never quite happy with any of them so always working on one or two. One question can anyone explain how you put something down go to pick it up and it's not their, and when you drop a screw it's on the other side of the room?

I subscribe to the premise that a project is never really finished. There is always something that can be improved or changed on all of my rigs. Only one is non-opperable and that is my TF2 which I am totally burned out on because it is just a POS compared to the TRX4 or SCX10ii/iii

I just added a b6.2d with a bullet drag chassis to the mix yesterday and I have a nearly embarrassing amount of parts headed this way for it. This car had better be ignorantly fast or I'm going to be annoyed.

1) 1982 GMC K2500 Sierra Grande "The Fall Guy" - working on this on and off. Extra parts stuck in Europe at my parents house for a year already.
2) KOH/U4 2021 Bronco based on Twin Hammers chassis - just the body needs to be narrowed - a LOT
3) Citroen 2CV Safari - fun lexan body with narrow tires. Still needs paint and scale parts
4) JS Scale Range Rover - need to glue this together one day.
5) JS Scale Cherokee Chief - been in a box for two years now... so much work to convert to Grand Wagoneer

... and all the other ones constantly need attention too - LOL

Well are they ever really "done"? Lol

79 ford ascender still sitting incomplete in the enduro scale garage on jackstands.
I could probably get it nearly done I think I have everything I need. Just a little stumped on mounting the body and where to mount a battery but it's almost there.

Also have my sakura D5 drifter ALMOST done. Just needs electronics and body mounts. Funding dried up quick on that one.

Still have details to add on my traxxas slash, building the shreddy megalodon and still needs lights and a couple details.

Enduro needs a winch controller and maybe some more weight down low.

Barrage has a sumo body sitting clear waiting over 2 years for paint.

This stuff would be pretty quick to finish but I get distracted by the odd kyosho outlaw rampage pro and drifters and the new losi moster truck looks mighty tempting...
This hobby is hell when you have ADD lol
Or... its perfect?? Haha

It really depends on what is meant by "incomplete"... There are projects that you are currently working on, projects that need to be started, projects that you have been working on but got tired of it and/or pissed you off in some way so you set it aside, and projects that are built but you want to fix things that are not right...

What I currently have...
• SCX10: I threw dig in and am changing up some the electronics. I discovered a bug in my DC5C that needs an update to fix, and am waiting on the programming cable.
• RC tank-thing: I have a tracked RC platform that is built to the chassis, and I am not quite sure what to do with it. I have a couple of ideas of printed parts to make for it, but none of my ideas are ready to come out of the oven....
• I have a number of builds that could use a tweak here and there to make them better, or to make their functions operational. Most notably is my Tonka TRX4 build (linked below), all of the driving functions work great, including the lights, but the booms and winches do not work, or don't work properly, so this is high on my list to fix. And, I have a Blizzard that I put a Tamyia F-350 hard body on that could use some improvement. Everything on it actually works well, but there are parts I want to design and print to improve on what's there.

Shorty Project In The Works....
