*HUGE APPLAUSE!* very nice! i have been wondering what body i could do now that my son has an ascender of his own. he started asking what parts he could remove from the barrage to change over to the ascender. this is all i could think of... via Imgflip Meme Generator |

Damn. Yeah I see nothing. So this rig is awesome. Just got my tamiya fj40 body. Gonna build and paint it this weekend. I want to add steel wheels and gonna try and rig up some beef tubes with brass. This is a very tippy rig. Other than that I am truly impressed with the power and capabilities. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Well from a pc I can see the pics. Looks awesome. Are those Everest axles a good way to go? I am gonna use gmade steel wheels to add some weight down low. I think I am gonna run class 1 hyrax tires. Get the rig lowered and looking more scale. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Everest axles are just cheaper then scx10 axles both are easy to fit somewhat. There are 3 barrages with scx10/Everest 10 axles on forum now.

Will since I work at a hobby shop scx10 axles are easier to source than Everest. Only one other guy here has modded the barrage. I just ordered the aluminum rear lockouts. Front aluminum hubs would be sweet if I could find them. Just see how far I can go with stock drivetrain. How is drivetrain holding up on 3s? We just got in some 2700 3s that would be perfect. I am running 2200 2s now. Haven’t messed with pinion yet. Read a 12t 48p is good move. Is that on 2 or 3s? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Also revolution seismic mt shocks running 10w are perfect for this rig. Top mounting hole. I am painting the fj40 body and will post up soon. Should I start a thread? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I totally agree that is crawls fantastic stock. I adjust my dual rate depending on what I am doing. I was asking more in the sense that I was maybe missing out by not switching pinions. I like to mess with stuff so I want to look at the rc4wd transmission option. I am super curious which outrunner 1000kv motor someone used. Not sure if that post was here or where it was. Several baby brushless motors will fit but the kv is quite high. Has anyone had luck with dromida motors? Thanks for all the replies guys. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk | |
