Thanks Cali. This servo /battery mount just frees up alot of chassis space for the esc/ rec. I plan on making one for the rear axle and putting all the electronics down low.

Will have the body painted and mounted today.
Gonna run and pick up a sidewinder from the local hobby shop.

Put the sidewinder and electronics in. This Holmes Hobby motor is great!!
Fastest wheelspeed i have had on my rigs. I am running 12t pinion and 96t spur. I could only imagine if i put in the 14/90 combo!

Put it on the test/ incline board. Has a little torque twist but managable.Sorry for the blurry pic.

Going to go try some different link setting and see what happens.

After playing with different link positions and lowering my belly clearance this rig climbs a steeper angle than my Slingshot comp rig!!
Got the belly clearance down around 2.75 inches.

Upper links worked best for me in these positions.

I mounted the lower links and the shocks in the lowest spot on the axle link mounts like this.

Default Test run!!

After driving this on some familiar rocks were i have driven my slingshot comp rig all i can say is WOW! I was pulling lines i never have before!!
I will be using this as my comp rig as soon as i get the dig on it!

I am going to gather parts for a driveshaft dig tomorrow, will keep yall posted.

I left my connector for my camera to tripod at home. (Still Cant find it!)
So the videos are kind crappy.
Heres a quick vid i threw together. I was having fun with the wheelspeed on this 500 puller!!

Link to my photobucket for more vids. Will add more this weekend! Gonna get my son to video for me.

So J, did it give you a shock first time out on the rocks?

I'm trying to get mine together with dig for the start of our fall season in 2 weeks

Heck yeah!!! It was down right awesome. I crawled lines with it that my slingshot would not do last time we comped there! I only have a very little wheel lift/ torque twist around 64-65 degrees, but if i go slow enough it will still go up it!
I am going to try building a driveshaft dig tomorrow to hold me over till yours is ready.( Let me know how it turns out) Thanks again, I love this thing!!
