Jason, I think we should talk. In PMs. See what we can figure out.

i hope you dont think i was shit-talking the controllers. i was simply stating a fact, i have talked to you about it and you cut me a deal on my last batch. so again, no offense.

just fyi for everybody, i originally had my bec dedicated to both the servo winch and steering winch, since the cliffs outing i have been running the servo off the bec and the winch off the esc via the rx.

i dunno if the servo controllers were getting over-worked and then shorting out and lunching out the steering or what, but since the cliffs i have yet to burn up either the winch controller or the hitec board on the steering servo.

i do know on one occasion that i accidentally bumped the winch switch and didnt notice until the winch controller burned itself up, grounded out, and the truck stopped working.

i got the 5.75" ones in my iroks, and was a bit disappointed that i didnt get the 6" ones. i have the tuning rings that will firm them up a little more but my wraith is light and i'd really hate to open up those damn beadlocks again.

naw the 6" will be about perfect, especially in a heavier rig.

i hope you aint expecting to run weights on the beadlock ring. those inner foams have zero give.

I run weights on the bead locks with the inner foams of the Double Deuces on the Wraith.

Johnny - funny story about the last post I did in jeckel's high lift thread...the one you liked. I was on my computer at work and one of our IT guys was controlling my computer to do some work on it. He noticed the RCC button on my favorites toolbar and asked me what my screen name was. He's Jeckel. Ha, I had no idea he was even into RC. He's in phoenix though or I'd invite him out.

Small world.
