Well, I finished destroying this body.... The inlaws 12 year neighbour built a ramp.

Also, something in the drivtrain is slipping bad.

Thanks, I'm really rusty though. I had some good runs. I was much better on the dirt track. That carpet so much traction. Yes it's AE sc10 4x4. Project for the next two week is to rebuild diffs and shocks.

Yeah thats what I was planning to do.. see if I could find something on ebay.

Btw, think Rick (and maybe) Trey are going up Friday. Rick is going to race his SC10 in the 17.5 stock class, and Trey mentioned he was going to try the 4wd class (probably open?).

I might...if my rig isn't in pieces. It should be ready to run Sunday but I may be a spectator Friday. I bit the bullet and ordered the Team RCE low center of gravity chassis. Also ordered some Tekno axles and some SC10 4x4 shocks. My rear MIP X-Duty axles and PL Power Strokes will be for sale soon if anyone is interested in them. I don't like the MIP's because of their weird hex adapter. The power strokes are in good shape they're practically new. One of them is pretty scratched up though because I've had the shoulder screw back out a couple times and drug the shock around the track before I noticed it fell off. Other than the cosmetic damage they work well.

Those hexes are strange. With that much power, I have no idea why they'd have made a rounded hex. Sunday is a race or practice?

They are strange, I would not suggest them. I'm also going to be switching back to the stock A-Arms for stiffness so if anyone is looking for some RPM arms let me know.

ahh. youre thinking like a racer now. ;)

i ordered the fronts and rears mip axles before i noticed ricks hexes. i'm think the reason mip changed from the pin/hex stub axles to the keyed/hex stub axles is because alot of dudes were complaining about bending/breaking the stubs at the hex.

You might want to hold on to your RPM A-arms because of the flex, because the stiff arms tend to brake after hitting a tube or coming off a jump wrong. IMO Rick i will try to make it Friday night and if so i will bring a transponder for you to use or you can PM me.
