you can also run a Nitro Fuel Filter on the motor, that was what I did with my 7 and 10T pullers for the TTC events.

I found a few spots in Algonquin along the creek that feeds the Fox River near the 31/Algonquin Rd intersection. Need to be water proof, but some areas of good rock and good water. Need to do a run there with our wraiths so people can check it out.

42 degrees 10"04 N 88 degrees 17"46 W. If you look on Google Earth you can see the ares of rock. Primarily northwest of that spot, working up the creek. Zoom in and you can see the rocky areas. My Wraith did well here until I drowned my HS 7954 servo.

i dunno about the heat being hot enough to melt, but heck even some pantyhose wrapped around the vents would work.

Well I am also toying with the idea of keeping the slash as a basher and maybe letting the RC8T go; just don't really run it enough, etc. Dunno.

Mine isn't going to be a basher...not with the new chassis. I don't really bash anyway though.

I'm looking for one (slash) that would be used as a basher/trainer for my son. Don't really want him driving my SC10. If any of you decide to unload your slash 4x4, let me know please.

say we want to groom and rake roselle for some slashes, or hit up some bmx trails, parking lot races, sand drags, etc. would you take your rig there?

i was gonna post up a new thread last night to talk about potential short course gtg's that we can have outside of lith, it just seems the race bug has bitten some of us and i dont want it to be a flop. ;)

if the majority wants to just run these things on a track, i'm fine with it. i think a low cg slash would be killer, but its a specific use at a very specific location.

I would, yes. A 2WD SCT racer? No. But a 4WD racer? Not an issue for me. If it can't handle the outdoor bashing, probably won't handle the thrashing I would put on it when racing.
