Your Bronco chassis is pretty wide (So is Hera's) and real Bronco's are pretty narrow.

How does axle have to do with scale. My JK is the same width on AX10 as it is on AR60?

No its not. The track width on AR60 is much wider than it is on AX10s. Sure the body width hasn't changed, but it is the relationship between the track width and the body width that is what we are talking about. So a wider track (i.e. AR60) width on the same body may end up being "out of scale" to what one might see in the 1:1 world, according to some people.

i dont want to see ar60's leaving class 3... then all class 3 is going to be is class2 with bigger tires and rear steer/dig.

the loophole rig that spawned this debate is using a 12th scale body thats been narrowed to be barely legal per sorcca scale rules. i honestly see nothing wrong with it... it looks goofy as hell but fits the rules.

the thing i dont like about the loophole rig is the battery placement, which people seem to be either overlooking or not interested in. i know i read the battery issue was being fixed, but i think it was just adding panels to the sides so you couldnt see the actual battery hanging down between the front links.

Yeah. I think it looks silly, but the battery thing irks me.

I did my best to hide all the crap on the Wraith when I built it, and have done the same on the Bronco.
