Got my crawler up and running again, tried the boulder rockwall. It is difficult to clear some gaps with the 2.2. A few flatstones or 2x4's would work for transitions, and moved from course to course.

That all aluminum XTM is pertty!. Hope the rc4wd one is worth it. Side note my 2000, tracker's motor blew today right at the 100k mark. I don't have any wheels right now so if someone has a CHEAP work truck for sale they want to sell real fast LMK. Cole |

Pretty sure the XTM truck is manufactured by RC4WD as well, the axles look a lot like RC4WDs Raptor axles. They make parts for a lot of companys, not just the stuff they sell through their site.

That's a pretty good buy if it's drivable and is not falling apart. Iowa rig?

Mine was a rust bucket too. Wasn't much left of the tub after surgery I even had to build a new rear half frame. |

Yah, priced like that yuh gotta act quick. Sorry, better luck next time. Those pics of mine were after I cut all the rust out FYI. This is what it looked like when I got it. Amazing what some pop rivits, galvenized sheet metal, and a LOT of bondo can do. Last edited by Bart bender; 09-13-2008 at 04:08 PM. |

Cole, I have misplaced those 2 stage pistons. The set I did get installed give the shocks a little "kick".

No I'm not but that sounds like a pretty good deal. I'm going to make a tractor I have all the parts to do it so why not. This flood has made me lonely. All my friends that were in my hood all got flooded real bad. They have either moved or are living else where while rebuilding. A tractor should keep me buisy after work. |

RC tractor, or a lawn tractor? MAKKEM pulls lawn tractors and minni rod class tractors. He could get you some parts if you need. He wants to build a nitro RC puller too.
