Sorry for the crap picture but I didn't want to yank the interior. Second pic is a older one.
Thanks for the info Norton. So the HR one by the pics has the same size hole for the Outer Slipper Plate and doesn't need some type of adapter bushing.

I'm going to jump into this, I'm sure the HR is the better gear, but if you use the Duratrax, you'll have to ream the hole out a tad to fit over the shaft. I use the DTXC9397 32p, 56t, but my trans is locked and I'm running a brushed motor. My spur is the weak point, but so far no problems.

Thanks for the info Mike. I like a metal Spur but i am not fond of a $20 one and like you i want a $4 weak point at this time. If i go through more than 2 i change my driving style or i'll bite the bullet and go metal. I don't mind reaming out a spur but trying to find or make a bushing is not something i wanted to do right now.

Two of my LHS did not have a 32p Spur to fit over the shaft so i ordered a few of the Duratrax ones. What's another week of not running right. I'll run the hopefully F-Up 48P/80T this weekend until my order arrives.

Wheeewww! Glad that little upgrade is over.

Tonight i received and installed my Duratrax DTXC9397 32P-56T spur and changed to a 9T pinion for a Final Ratio of 6.22. With no power on i pulled and pushed the chassis and rolls smooth as budder. Did a quick easy no throttle mashing test run to set the slipper. Will let the loctite fully cure, give her a few backyard runs this week and a full day run this weekend. I'll upgrade the Trans further as things break.

Thanks for all your help guys.

Look at what arrived today. I totally forgot i bid on this on Fleabay with my new job taking up so much time lately. My F350 had a kid without telling me. Not bad for $9.
