Probably more than you want to pay. Make me an offer.

thanks
I got the led's and resistors in bulk from ebay but you can find them at Radio Shack and I made the holders from the aluminum tube I used for the shock bodies.

Yoter is right, it's a military design used to stop large heavy wheels and tires with less effort. Monster trucks use a similar design and have th change pads after less than 1 hour of use.

Amazing job man, looks fantastic. The level of detail is superb for its size, and the Miniqlo tyres look perfect on it. Two very big thumbs up.

By far, the coolest micro tube build I've seen. Looks a lot like a Jimmy Smith buggy. Love it.

Anyone wondering how I get the battery out?

Losi High Roller, I didn't try to drive it like this yet.

Some more flex shots.

Here's a teaser vid.

Looks like you have successfully converted a Micro crawler to a Mini crawler.

Went for a drive on my outdoor course for the 1st time. Ran 2 packs with no problems, rolled it 4 times,1 was a 6" drop and 1 was end over end and I just noticed a small scratch in the paint on the bumper and front shock loop. The metal sides and roof took the rest of the abuse. The only weak spot is the motor, a few times I thought the battery was going dead then I realized it was the motor straining to turn. My 1st clue was the smell. Looks like I need Getbent's 90 turn motor.
Video coming soon!

This thing is insane! How long did it take you to make the chassis?

a work of art man.
If I hadn't just bought a venom vmx and the fact that I'm trying to finish my scx10... I'd totally buy it. I bet you could get at least 300 or 400. People will pay for that level of craftsmanship.

Here is a link to some videos on the rocks. It's my 1st time filming a micro and driving with 4 wheel steering. I knew I should have had the cam lower to the ground, 3' is too high. http://s67.photobucket.com/albums/h3...ideo201102.mp4
