How would that compare to a FXR?

Honestly the only reason I did not want to run it is because the truck is so small it gets cluttered up easy with all the wires

i really do not see any need for a BEC in these trucks they are so small and with even a micro sidewinder ya got more than enough power out of the BEC I feel for what these trucks will do

That was my thinking too... I would like to upgrade the esc.. although i think im torn between an FXR and the mamba micro pro... I run the FXR on my 2.2 and love it..

I gotta be honest i would rather have one of these in the black delrin.
i really like the way they look its some really nice work on this chassis
I am more of an SS limited articualation kind of crawler but i am serisously considering one of these

I'm running my MRC with a B1R. It's internal BEC is set from the factory at 5.1v and 1.5amps. I had problems with my receiver cutting out once I upgraded to a hitech 5645 micro servo. It eventually burned up. Since then I put a 645 and a CC BEC. No problems. Been running it now for a couple of months. I'm still rocking the sled nimh 7.4v though

yea the 5645 is digital so it will actually have a higher drain. I cant speak for the tekin stuff but my mamba micro pro and micro sidewinder hold up fine to the beatings i deal otu to them with the 645MG once again though too its analog

I've never had an FXR Joey, so I don't know how they drive, but the Micro drives just like my Sidewinder or Mamba Max, only considerably smaller. I'd say the Micro and FXR are pretty close sizewise.
