Sorry but got the video deal covered, I use to do wedding videos for a living so know that area pretty well.

Price will be less then most full kits out there I promise, I don't want to rush this one as I want things to work perfect so not direct ETA yet sorry.

That works. Props on the lower price. That will make a lot of people happy. Is there anyway you all can try to design some upright mounting posts on this new chassis so you wont get hung up on the side posts.

Like everything but the lower link mounts, just see the skid getting caught when slidding over obstacles.

Is there any issues with the chassis/skid getting hung up on rocks? Seems like there would be with the way the lower links mount to the skid?

and im not dissing you just stating my opinion to maybe provide ideas.

and like xtant says the links should mount into the skid.

Can't see that working out very well - especially with those square corners.

yes, I was refering to the way the lower links mount on top of the skid. Look at the drawing(I think it was on page 2).

If you look at the mock up, you cant see the screws sticking out the bottom, maybe it's threaded?,but even if the screws where from the bottom up ,as long as the bottom is counter sunk, should be ok?
Or if it is from the top down,if there is a counter bore for a nut, which I did not see in the picsof the proto, but agian prototype is the word.

looks sorta like its intended to accept a tie rod end on the skid?

Yes, that's what I meant, the tie rods the way they bolt to the lower skid.

Like this, same way the upper shock mount on the stock shocks are.

Wish I had more info guys, I've got 3 different skid designs I'm testing before release. I'm trying some out of box stuff because I don't like copying the same old setup like everyone else, and I don't like selling anything unless I myself would/is using it. We have a comp sunday, I myself will be funning the truck pictured as well as Revenge-Fab with his rig and another skid design of his own creation. Between the two we'll decide on the best route to go with.

#2 to me is keeping the price down. Side plates and skid should be around $20-25
