A question for you guys that have made either the XR or the Wraith mod, how is link geo effected buy the shorter front links? Running the stock wraith linkmounts move the link far away from the center of the axel. |

Well look at this! With axial 80128 short plastic hubs this axel meassures 200mm that should be 7" 29/32! Sorry for the mess on the workbench! |

Hey BliB, looking sweet with the wheels and screws, color scheme! When I did the xr mod, I used xr housing, which widened an shortened the fronts but also used Bwd rear shock an link mounts. It kept my wheel base at 8.5" and haven't noticed any link geo issues. Everything works beautifully! |

Thanks! Pretty darn satisfied myself! The wraith mod really move linkmounts and shockmounts away from from the axel, stock is maybe 10mm from center of axel to center of the link screw And i guess about the same for shock screw! But the wraith linkmounts is about 20mm and the shock 22mm! The XR mod give you 15mm i guess? I'm going to try a home made mount, got a couple ideas on how it could be done! |

Okey! The bananahangers had some minor problems but all of the are gone! Had to make the hole to slots to move the holder closer to the knuckle! The plastic hub is much bigger than slw hubs so they had to be modified to! Both to clear the wheight holder and the wheights. Last thing I did was some grinding to the axleshaft. |

Nice work. It's funny how nothing ever fits, but ultimately works when you're not afraid to cut. |

I think he needs to play with the shaft some more.. till he can get some real turning radius out of it!

I've been inspecting this little 12t gear. And even though I've done some eyeball n dremel engineering to the teeth it feels like it got pretty much the same play all over! This thing started out as an axial 30771. The shaft is turned down to 4mm all over and removed the little shaft outside the gear. Then the final task for the lathe is to make the angle, about 18 degreese! Last thing was to shap new teeth with a dremel and a cutting disc! Think this can be something! |

| Purple lockouts, ti links, delrin chassie, SS spools with exeed gears, front servo mount with electronics plate, a rear upper linkmount and a LRP Fusion 370 motor! Now it's hard for me to decide what engine to choose! I got the losi insane, xtreme heli engine, and now LRP fusion 370 if anyone can tell me where to start i would apreciate it! Still thinking 3s and i got 70t spur! 15t front diff pinion 12t rear diff pinion |

I'm pretty sure that i will! Feels great to throw that stock locker ring gear assembly in the bin and replace it with your locker! |
