OK so I now have the magic 30 posts and joined about 4 years ago.... lol I still can't see the classifieds......

I have over 30 post and have been on here 32 days, no classifieds yet either. Is it something a mod has to enable or is it automatic? Sorry if this has already been answered but I only skimmed the last 11 pages.

Is there some one you need to notify once you have 30 or more post so you can see the classifieds? Done been meeting a few pro builders and just want to see what goodies lies in the classified section!!!! Help a SCA out and let me feed my addiction! Loving the crawler scene~!

The first page of this thread shows this:

  • You cannot see the entire classifieds section until you meet these qualifications:
  • Be a member of the site for at least 30 days and have a minimum of 30 posts.


    OR
  • Purchase a star to support the site.


    And a few rules to follow
  • If you try to get your 30 posts in one day with saying "cool truck" in 30 different threads the mods will notice it, delete your posts, and give you an infraction.
  • Do not put for sale or want ads in your signature.
  • Do not put for sale or want ads in the tech sections.
  • There are stickies describing the rules of for sale and wanted posts, read them or your ad will be deleted.
  • Chit chatting in the Feedback section will result in a permanent removal form the classifieds.

now stop asking!

Not just "post things" like "cool truck" but like genuine questions and helpfully tips, BUT before the questions, make sure to search first. Not a 2 min search but atleast try for awhile longer, if ya still can't find it, then ask us

this is a dumb rule, i gotta wait 30 days to see classified i might want to buy from? how does that make sense for me the buyer or the seller getting restricted like this? no offense meant but I was hoping to buy from some one on possibly

not only do you have to wait 30 days but you have to make 30 post also.

No, whats dumb is all the scamming we had going on before we had this rule, and then after we got rid of the rule. Now the rule stays.

If you don't like this rule, then don't join Scale4x4 with intentions of buying off of there in the 1st day. Over there you have to wait 1 year and have 300 posts, regardless of whether your a subscribing member or not (unless they recently changed that rule however).

You have 2 choices (well technically 3 if you decide to leave), wait 30 days and get 30 meaningful posts, or buy a star and get instant access
