ok well i got the chassis finnished painted and mostly put back together. i ordered two 3racing lightbars so i will get the lightbar and new front bumper/lightbar built this week. all i have left to buy is all the parts for the rear axle, new body, driveshafts, wild willy figure, and another set of wheels and tires for spares. i picked up some styrene to start the interior so its coming along. les than a month to go so i got to get it wrapped up.

thanks

ok well more has been done. still waiting on the lights but i will pick up a driveshaft tommorrow so i may get some testing started. kind of scared to put my cheap radio in it because it is bound to interfere. i need to get a good radio sometime, one day its going to bite me. made a simple dash and some dirt guards. i will get a wild willy driver for the interior and styrene it all up. i left the passenger side open so i can remove the interior pannel to get to the chassis. it will velcro in and hid most of the rc stuff. i have to make another window net and shock reseviors before bed time so piece out.....

thanks SS i appreciate it but putting chevy stickers on a obvious ford will just bother me more. i liked the 5t and the heavy hitter truck you did cause they at least resembled chevys. i am so close to just trying to vacuum form my own body.

it may once its done but there is still much to do. got the driveshaft but still no lights. i want to get the bumper built but i need the lights first. oh well patience is a virtue..............................that i lack

ok well this is the first round of pics. i was taking the photos while driving and some aren't so good so bite me. there will be a lot more later today when the camera charges and truck cools, yea it runs hot as expected. drives just like the 1:1, torque steer, suspension movement while accelerating, braking, and jumping, even roll overs. i have video coming but pics are going to be first because they load faster. vids will be up tonight. i need a good free video editor, anyone know of one online??

more is coming....................

no machining here. everything and i mean everything was done with a hacksaw/jigsaw, drill, files, dremel, and sandpaper. it would have been much easier if i could machine part. i have less than $150-$175 total in the rolling chassis. lot of hours though

more pics loading now. not as great as i hoped. my photographer flaked:-(

Is the tube above the rear axle for a swaybar?
