Very nice ride and very scale in appearance. It's nice to be able to make something out of nothing and end up with a one of a kind like this.

thanks

trailing arms are ~ 6 3/4 inches. unfortunately i will have to make another set once the new axle arrives because i have a feeling they aren't going to work with the new axle.

first off i have been working on it on and off for the past couple of weeks. i sold the axle with a crawler a couple weeks ago, but i ordered the new RC4WD/Katan axle this week so . got the lightbars finnished, bumper done, tailight panels, exhaust, and spares mounted. i got the dash built and floorpan added now i just have to buy a wild willy figure and dress it up a little. i also pick up some small plastic "project boxes" from radio shack to conceal the reciever and esc. almost done..................

3racing lightbar

after a little hacking and black styrene work....

other stuff.....

work of art..........

tada...............

i love the build you have goin here. do you know how much the truck weighs? and what about is your top speed. i have been in the process of designing a tubular scale trophy truck and i am contemplating the choice in materials.

well i run a 7 cell nimh, and a mm/vxl 3500kv motor. it probably goes 30 ish but has a lot more torque. i could probably gear it faster but i like being able to just spin the tires and roost it. plus temps are reasonable with the current gearing. i have an assortment of gearing combos to try once i get it complete. truck is over 10lbs

Thats awesome! Almost a shame you have to put a body on it. Maybe v2 will be a class 1?
