Bonus is that is the easiest airport I have ever gone in and out of. .. except maybe Kauai.

There is also a campground a couple miles up the road from the location.

Petit Jean Park Arkansas

Easily hold an event this size
Beautiful area
Plenty of areas for courses
Close to an airport
Cheap and clean beautiful camping
Just an all around awsome area!

Not Arkansas... my mom would expect me to come visit.

That Ohio spot would be nice... could take an extra day and run over to Louisville and pick up a T-bucket body or 2.

I am in contact with the Park Superintendent. His is pretty skeptical of the whole idea just because he does not know what r/c crawlers are. I will be trying to change soon. I have made the initial call and will be following up with emails and videos.

Let's do it in Vegas again great rock, cheap air fare and hotels. Tons of stuff to do at night.

I meant in general it's Midwest. Lol.

But for USRCCA comps Disney, OK is considered "East" I believe, so Petit Would be east as well, technically speaking. And don't quote me on that.

And it's time for a central US spot again. Disney 10', Vegas 11', LRC 12', AZ 13'. But I'll travel to wherever, my national comping locations know no bounds!

I agree, I'm down for anywhere. Part of me really likes the "big trip" aspect of going to Nats, but at the same time I really think everyone else would really enjoy coming to RI. Not only that, but this place would be new to everyone but me practically.

Jason, This is the picture you took and the one I was thinking about when I meant AR was East. It's from an old 2011 thread.
