What would everyone think of a rain date, not that we need one, for Saturday April 7th. It is the day before Easter but may be an option if needed, of which we won't.

So what do you think about using April 7th, that we will not use, to be the rain date for April 1st just in case it rains, but it won't. That way if we can't get together on the 1st, but we will, we would reschedule it for the 7th that we will not need.

What did I just say???

OH YEAH...IT WILL NOT RAIN!!!!

i think the 7th is good because i still need to button everything up and i just got the rest of my parts in today and i still need to get some new cutting wheels for my dremel so i can shorten my links and then i just have to bolt everything up and then mount the tranny and electronics. i still have to get a 1.5 mm allen key so i can mount my mashers on my axial beadlocks.

Sounds like excuses...bring the sheat to the GTG...I have all my tools we will get it hooked up.

You have three days to get it together. I did all that and painted a body in two nights.

I have faith in you.

John

I can't believe that it has been almost a month since we hooked up. I am having withdrawl. I am bringing none treaded shoes so the sheat doesn't get stuck in the nooks and crannies.

See everyone on Sunday.

ok. i will see what i can do. the main thing holding me up is the fact that i ran out of nuts and bolts. i should have no problem getting the links mounted up but i want to center my tranny so that my punisher shafts are around the same length. i have everything ready to go. i just need to mount everything. its going to be the bonzai tuber that coles built. its going to have tlt axles, masher 2k's, axial beadlocks, R2 tranny, punisher shafts, tq3 trannsmitter, a novak esc, and a hitec HS-645MG servo. i think that is it for now but im sure it will get better as i go on. tell me what you guys think. should i add some stuff or is that all that i need.
talk to you guys later, Andrew

The great thing about these next couple GTG "Practice Comps" is just that. They are practice. This gives you the opportunity to get your rig out there and see what it will do in a Comp environment. Most of us have never ran comps before and it is a shame, 'cause there are some awesome rigs out there.

Get it together and bring it out. If you break something, you fix it better. If you need more weight on the front...I have a box full of lead weights, BB's and Airsoft Pellets. If you need screws...I have a huge collection of them.

The key is to come out and meet some of the great people that make up the W.Pa.C.

I wouldn't call us a small club...I would say a young club. We have about 20 people involved already and about 10 on the side burner.
