I was wondering if you are ever going to get any Copper Alloy Ring and Pinion lockers,I've been trying to catch some in stock for months,I just can't seem to catch them in stock:-(.I'd like to put them in my 3 sons and I's TLTs,I only need 8 of them.As a team we really go though the stock ones.
Or is this something that isn't coming back to the shelf:-(,if so I'll quit dreaming of the day. Or should I keep trying.

They are on order now and should be here soon. I can't give a firm date but it should be less than 2 weeks. The new batch is going to have solid stainless pinions.

Ive ordered several things from rcp and so far AWESOME people to deal with. Rcp is the only internet website that i will order from for my rccrawling needs. And there website is very easy to find stuff that you need. For some reason i find the TCS website confusing. And as always GREAT prices. Thanks guys!

man, a whole thread dedicated to praising RCP still doesn't seem to show the appreciation we all feel for you guys. by far the best customer serice, and a willingness to listen to the input from your customers, that's top notch business ethics. if only radio companies would start to fill the need of crawlers, then the circle would be complete. anyway, thanks for providing the best outlet for crawler merchandise!!!!

Two voice mail messages not returned and no response on two emails to info@rcpcrawlers so I took my business to other vendors. Disappointed since the service was good on the first order I placed.

The phone number is not in service at this time. The person in charge of the customer service line is no longer with RCP Crawlers. We apologize for this and asure you that when we get a new CS# it will be answered every time during business hours. We respond to every single e-mail that is sent. If you did not get a reply, it never made it to us. We are making major changes in staffing, shipping practices, as well as customer service. We have grown faster than we were able to keep up with, but all of that has changed.

If you give us another chance, I doubt you will be disappointed again.
