Hi,

Jan 13th was Sunday. We can not ship orders placed over the weekend until Monday at the soonest. We had an unusually large order volume over this last weekend. Also USPS shipping website was not working most of the day yesterday delaying International orders. What is your order # and I will follow up here.

Nothing to worry about. ;)

Thanks

I have one e-mail from Italy received less than 1/2 hour ago. But that is the only one.

Your order is packaged and is 2 orders away from being labeled and shipped. It will go today for sure. You will receive the confirmation e-mail once the shipping info has been processed.

Shipped. You should have received an e-mail. To be sure you get the tracking number I resent it myself to the e-mail address you provided.

Thanks

Default Aluminum knuckles, axle C's and CVD's

Received my stuff quick and very well packaged, thanks.

However, I would have like to get a little instruction as to what's the purpose of #1 - #2 stamped on the axle C's ? I guess that's for caster options

Also, I had to dremel one of the axle C hole so the knuckle can turn easily without getting stuck very badly... the other one is not bad but stil not as smooth as the original plastic ones :-(

I know this hobby is about modding and stuff but I was expecting a little more precision in the tolerances, or should I say, plug and play

Anyway, this should now work fine.

1 and 2 is actually left and right.

Funny you should mention the fitment issue. Just recently we have been hearing this after we have shipped hundreds of these without any customer concerns at all. The problem appears to be with the stock WK axle housing not with our C's. Just yesterday we took samples of different housings and C's. The C's would all work on some housings but not others. Every C sampled worked on a "good" housing. Every C sampled was tight on a housing where, after measuring, the holes where the knuckles attach to the housing were a few thousandths different. Our assumption is that something has slightly changed in the molding process of the housing recently.

We actually made them so precise that the variance in the injection molded plastic part is the culprit.

Then if you don't care to send a note with the parts, why don't you just call them "L" & "R", that should say it all...

And my wheely king is a Vintage July 2007... not so recent.

Sorry about that, but we didn't think we needed to include an instruction sheet for axle C's. We have sold hundreds of these and you are the first to ask for instructions.
