wow these are awesome ..purchased the max clearence knucles,clockable c's,straight axle adapters,s.s 1 peice axles..my sons truck took a 70 foot tumble straight down the rocks .very hard hit bent an axle thats it..thanks RCP for tough products , and great service... |

I had ordered motor mounts and wheel adapters from RCP. They shipped quickly and arrived on time, but FEDEX destroyed the package (it had tire marks on it and a hole ripped in the bag and they delivered it anyway). A simple email to Brian was all it took to get a repalcement for the missing material that had fallen out of the bubble bag. As Brian stated in his reply to me, FEDEX is the carrier he has had the most problems with. Take his and my advice and when you get to the section to choose how you want it shipped do not choose the FEDEX option. Use the other shipping options avalable. Brian, thank you for the quick shipping and fast response to a problem out of your control. Nice job..... |

I ordered the CVD's for a TLT and when I got the pakage the inner bag had broken losing a few of the small parts. Contacted RCP by e-mail and had a replacement set of the small parts by the next weekend. Thank you very much.
