Got max clearance knuckles and a new body and skid plate from RCP ,, 4 days later I got them in them mailbox. Wonderful service... OH and I'm in Australia so... big thumbs up for the fast service!!! |

i have now ordered 3 times from rcp first order was perfect and arrived in 3 days second order was for some 1.9 rc4wd beadlocks and tires arrived in 3 days my third order was yesterday ...a friday at 6 pm eastern time i ordered some rc4wd 2.2 beadlocks and payed for overnight shipping...i expected them on monday or tuesday becouse of the time i ordered them...but nope....saturday morning at 10 am...wow great job guys |

Hate to burst you bubble but I will never order from RCP again. I paid for next day shipping and its 4 days later with no parts. They wont return my emails. I ask for a refund. No respone. Ask if the stuff was shipped. No response. If I people were treated like this at the LHS they would be out of business. I am not happy with there service or professionalism. Dan |

I cant call I AM AT WORK. I dont sit by a phone all day. Why should I have to baby sit your shipping. You had no problem getting your money. I am VERY tired of dead beat vendors that claim one thing on there site, after you pay for it, all of a sudden there is "some" issue. It happens WAY too often, and I am doing what I can about it. Its funny when it becomes public I get a response. You ordered your products on Saturday afternoon on Memorial Day Weekend. Your order shipped that Tuesday (the day after memorial day) I'm not sure what more we could have done for you. Specialty businesses are always closed on holidays and we're no different from any of them. Please do not let something like ordering over a Holiday weekend make up your mind about our service or professionalism. Every vendor on this board works too hard to be insulted by your harsh accusations.

Here is the tracking number. 0103 8555 7493 8103 7777 USPS They say they never got the package. So maybe it fell out of your truck on the way to the post office. I can understand you were not able to ship. Every one needs time off once in a while, but I would not have paid for overnight shipping if I had know your business was shut down for 4 days. So I should be expecting a refund on the extra shipping charges. Yes I realize I ordered over a holiday that is why I did not whine until 4 days after the holiday. I am the most patient person there is when it comes to ordering online from unknow vendors. When I want something quickly I usually order from reputable ones, well atleast I think they are reputable. I also respond to emails or PM but I have'nt recieved any of them so I figure this is the best place as any to resolve a dispute. Thanks Dan |
