I really is that simple. Go to his driveway or sidewalk if accessible, but do not step on his property. Then call the local sheriffs and tell them that you have been robbed of $500+ dollars. They will be there in minutes and he will have to answer. They will ask both sides of story, and he will get a summons to appear in court for grand theft. It really is that simple.

well if it wouldnt cost me as much as the dam motor to go to his house, i would be camping in his driveway right now... i guess i was a fool/sucker to think that something i ordered through a internet website would actually show up... guess im also a fool because he told paypal that it was a custom order part and it would take "45 days to 6 monthes" and paypal in turn told me (this was the first time i called) that all i could do was wait because it was after the 45 day limit... then the second time i called they tell me its after over 60 days and if i wouldve called before that they could have forced the refund......

i just wish that someone closer to his house would go and rattle his cage... hell, wait in his driveway till he goes to work to talk to him if you cant reach between your legs and grab up them balls that god gave you and go knock on his ****in door... just my two cents... and yes im ****ing pissed and no i will not just let it go...

donations for me to go to his house anyone????... or maybe i should just collect the money for it and keep it like all the other worthless hack job pieces of shit here on RCC.... ripping people off and never having to own up to it besides the "threat of some legal action" which wont happen once he bankrupts his company... or wont happen because its for some bullshit misdemeanor amount of theft... its reasons like this that people take the law into thier own hands...

Someone who is dumb enough to realize they would be costing them self more than $500 in the trouble they could get them self in by trying to go somewhere they aren't invited to.

Guys, there's been a ton of posts deleted that are just chit chat or useless banter. I know, as we all do, it's a messed up situation and people have lost money. It's been stated already by other moderators, but let's keep the chit chat out of here. If your not directly involved or you don't have anything constructive to say, please refrain from the urge to hit the post reply button.

Thanks.

Hello,

As my screen name denotes, I am the most hated crawler of all time and fully own the reasons why. For those who do not know who this is, it is the former owner of Eritex Inc. Just about 1 year ago the company I started and owned took several major hits that not only took the company down but me financially as well. I will not go into any details from the past year because honestly, I know you do not care but when I say it took me down with it, I mean not being able to feed my family took me out. I have spent sinse November of 2011 trying to get to a place where I can make Eritex Inc's wrongs right and I am almost there.

Within the next 2 weeks everything that was Eritex Inc will cease to be and the certified funds from that will be distributed to those who are owed product or money. All records of outstanding debts are intact and addresses will be verified before funds are sent.

I am dead assed serious when I say the worst part of Eritex Inc going under was not the loss of my livelihood, the hardship it put my family under, or the fact that it has caused us to put our house up for sale and move to find good employment. The worst part by far is knowing I disappointed and hurt a bunch of guys that I considered friends.

I fully expect more venom and hatred to be directed towards me and it is warranted. I also do not expect you to believe me until you have the money in your hands, even then I am sure I will be hated. I do not expect to ever become a part of this great community again because I have forever lost that right. In all honesty, this is the first time I have been on RCC since November of 2011 due to the shame and disgrace I feel. Nor have I read anything about what a horrible person I am in this thread...to difficult. I know this failure is tiny in comparison to some companies failing but I fully understand the guys that end it all. I have been there pretty often in the past year.

I know the uninvolved aren't really welcome to post here, but it's been nearly 8 months now; what ever became of this situation? Did he ever make it right with the rest of you guys?
