Who's to say this won't be available by the time the Enduro hits stores? That is still a few weeks out by all indications.

I know it seems like it's been forever but the first teaser and the start of this thread was only 15 day ago.

To be fair to SSD, I知 probably the most impatient person on the planet and am likely just throwing a bit of a temper tantrum LOL

Products go on RPP when the order goes in, and therefore are always out of stock when first added to the site under "New Items". On Amain, they're added to the site on their "Recently Added" page when they have stock arrive, so if I see something I like, I can order it and it is on its way. With RPP, I forget and they lose my business.

LOL! What a ridiculous take. It's been 2 whole weeks man. How impatient are you??? What are you, like 8 years old???

Anyway, I'm pumped to see the final product and will probably end up getting one of these AND an Enduro Sendero Canyonero whatever it's called. Life's too short to get pissy about toys fellas!

Good things come to those who wait...

Delayed gratification is a GOOD thing, appreciation is increased.

The older I've gotten, the more that these statements have proved themselves true.

I'm somewhat of an old goat now, your results may vary.

I do remember driving 6 hours round trip to get the Traxxas T-Maxx when it was first released, got one out of the first shipment in all of Central Texas.

Ah, to be young and irresponsible again...

Is the kit even done yet? I feel like people are so impatient because of the constant comments about it being better than this, or better than that. Then we get a shot of a trans and then wait a couple days. I think the teaser game is getting old and really only works if you're bringing something completely new to the market.

Working in advertising, this sort of stuff is usually limited to ultra luxury limited products. Teasers followed by long pre-orders that then lead to waitlists and then eventually flippers.

The fact that we are even talking about the wait just proves that the thrill here is really in the hunt.

What I think the community really needs are some new scale bodies to go with all these new kits.

My laughing take. I知 a huge SSD fanboi...... I have 5 SSD axles and 3 sets of SSD wheels and I just built a SCX10ii with SSD everywhere

I致e followed and drooled over each picture, price point is perfect!

I did order a Enduro, for the wife as a simple , fun RTR that I知 not gonna have to fix every hour, I was told it will ship end of June. Y誕ll will have this before my Enduro even hits the shores! I also have a VS4, this is SO close to it, but has that sweet trans!

So I知 just gonna keep watching and sometime I will get mine.

Hang up and Drive

Don稚 forget shipping cost of both shops.

RPP to Spain from $17

Amain to Spain from $2, yes, 2 bucks

I’m okay with the wait because I need the time to raise project funds anyway, since the ssd kit is going to need a bit more money to finish up.

With that being said, the teaser stuff does get old. I think the way axial has done it and kind of fallen on their faces with the last two, maybe teasers aren’t always the best idea. Traxxas just drops stuff once it’s completed and nearly ready to ship and that doesn’t seem to hurt their marketing one bit.

SSD in my opinion gets the benefit of the doubt because we know what quality to expect and they don’t run the risk of all of us clamoring for an scx10.3 and ending up with an scx.0024 instead.

With THAT being said. Teasing too long leads to blue balls, and no one wants blue balls. I’m ready for a confirmed price and full body shot

I知 very impatient as stated above, followed by LOL. You obviously took my point WAY too seriously. My attempt at some passive-aggressive humour.

I would prefer 1 teaser pic and then the reveal a week or two later, not really a big fan of ongoing teasers at all, mainly because every time I see this thread at the top of new posts I check to see if someone posted a new pic.

I'd say someone else has a scale driveline in the works because that is way different from this:
