Default Lowering

Has any ever trimmed there springs to get a lower ride height. Im almost done with my build and it seem very tall even with the short barrel springs. Thank you

Yup.

Cut about 3/4" out of the stock springs. Just snipped it off, and bent the end to flatten it a bit so it sits in the perch. Then painted blue for a Fabtech suspension look. It's about 1/2" shorter than the option barrel spring.

Alternately, you can limit the shock internally to lower the ride height. Just use the softest springs you can since they'll be compressed a bit. Not a bad way to go since it can be easily reversed.
